Remotely Controlled backlighted framed picture of Dingle Lighthouse
If you would like to have something different on your wall than just a framed picture, this might be something you are looking for.
Here is another option you can enjoy my work in the evenings, when it gets dark or in the dark days which are so typical for Ireland especially in winter time :)
This sample of remotely controlled backlighted framed picture of Dingle Lighthouse and Milky Way which I captured during the night
12th of April 2016. The short shows how I play with remote control brightening and dimming function in a dark room. It will remeber the previously used brightness setting when it is turned on. Brightening and dimming function is smooth and can be set to your ambient light of your room. I do all the framing job myself to make sure for the best quality. It can be powered from mains or rechargeable batteries. This video can't show the reality so if you would like to see it working and you are around Dingle just give me a shout. Thank you.

Lost in the Landscape: Take a Journey with Irish Photographer, Giles Norman
2018 marks the 30th Anniversary of the Giles Norman Gallery
The first click of a shutter by the hands of Giles Norman was for a school project. The first camera he could call his own arrived on his 18th birthday. And the first darkroom to bring his photographs to life was in the attic of an old friend’s house.
Relocating his darkroom to a rented space in Kinsale, Giles began working on his first portfolio in 1981. Both locals and tourists flocked to the tiny window of this studio, which offered a glimpse into his growing collection. This welcomed curiosity encouraged Giles to open his first gallery in 1988, with 2018 marking the gallery’s 30th anniversary.
In addition to his Kinsale gallery, Giles has an online gallery showcasing his entire portfolio.
His many collections range from the romantic streets of Paris to the ancient canals of Venice and the vibrant skylines of London and New York. Giles moved from England to Ireland at the age of fifteen, and it was Ireland’s dramatic landscape that first inspired Giles to become a photographer and which compels him still. His favourite terrain to explore, with his camera in hand, has always been the Irish coastline.

I have always had a great interest in nature and photography. During the higher education in Art and Design foundation course I tried my hand at photography and the darkroom process. That then lead me on to my interest in photography; subsequently this lead to me enrolling onto HND Photography course so I could gain more knowledge and skills. To increase my skills and chances of further employment I enrolled on a BA Honours Creative Imaging. My other interests also include taking videos and documenting various public events via videos whilst away and at home.

KLO and MGK out on a ledge, literally. Pretty fun, pretty intense, pretty stupid. Very beautiful, though. Very dim video on YouTube---lost a lot of resolution. Go for a dark room and the high quality streaming option.

A bit of a chat with Annie Mac followed by maybe my favorite song of the season. Certainly top 5. But then what do I know. These boys are brilliant. But they're not brothers. That bit's a lie.
