USA - Dinosaur Tracks at Tuba City (Arizona)
Just after Tuba City, on the left hand side of the main road (Route 160), travelling towards Monument Valley, there is a large field with a lot of dinosaur foot prints / tracks. It's really amazing.

The Moenkopi Dinosaur Tracks near Tuba City, AZ, United States.
Stopped off at the Moenkopi Dinosaur Tracks outside Tuba City on a long drive around the Grand Canyon.
This is an embarrassing video for me as I did not question the 'facts' told to me during my visit and repeat them as fact throughout. I highly recommend reading a bit before you visit to make it more worth while.
Just to be clear though, while I criticize the 'facts' told to me, I highly recommend stopping here and taking up the offer of one of the local guides. It really is a special place and well worth the detour.
The land is Navajo owned and although there is no entrance fee they do politely ask for a tip (I paid $10 for a 20 minute tour: Aug 2018). Alternatively you could make a purchase from one of the stalls. Whilst their fossil knowledge is inaccurate they do know where to look and that makes a real difference.
The facts are that there are genuine dinosaur tracks here which belong to several three toed types but NOT the T-Rex, as claimed by the guides. The T-Rex did not exist for another 130+ MILLION years AFTER these tracks were laid down
Tip: bring a small bottle of water to highlight the footprints for your photos. The guides will do it as well but worth it if you plan to spend more time here. Oh, and its very hot (98°F or 37°C).

Tuba City Dinosaur Tracks
We were driving through the Four Corners area of Arizona, and on our way through Tuba City we saw the sign for dinosaur tracks. They appear to be legitimate, and we got the full tour.
Read details:
Note: The eggs, poop, and skeleton are fake, as I read online later. The tracks are real.

Dinosaur Tracks in Arizona
I visited Arizona in 2012 and went to Monument Valley and Grand Canyon. On route 160 coming back from Monument Valley, my private tour guide Lloyd Taylor took me to the dinosaur tracks nearby. Since then I have become more interested in Dinosaurs and the amazing fact that they lived about 100 million years ago! So much for a 5,000 yr old earth.
I got my video footage together and recorded some music and thought i would post it. It was a cool trip and would love to go back and do more exploring of Arizona.
Lloyd Taylor is the owner of Seven Wonders Scenic Tours and is a very informative person. He knows his geology and history of the area. I highly recommend him. He has become a fine friend too.
The Navajo Indian woman in this video was very nice too although she seemed in a bit of a hurry but I think that is just her style and pace and I did not mind at all. There were a few stands set up with other Navajo women selling jewelry and rocks etc. I tipped the Indian guide happily because she took the time to show me things i never seen before.
So if you ever make it to Arizona and are going to Monument Valley or the Grand Canyon, you may want to stop and see the Dinosaur tracks. They are along route 160 just a few miles west of Tuba City on the Navajo Indian reservation land. Everybody was nice and the weather was too.
DOn't forget to contact Lloyd Taylor and he will give you a personalized tour and explain so much about the history and geology of the area. I had several guides on this trip, mainly with groups, but with Loyd it was one on one and he was in no hurry at all. He enjoyed the trip as much as I did. This is a part of the country that has amazing beauty besides the Grand Canyon. Monument Valley is stunning too.
I recorded the music for the video on my Godin Multiac classical using the GR20 effects pedal patch 69.
Lately I have been checking out many videos on Youtube about dinosaurs and was amazed at how many discoveries of fossils have been made etc. There was even a mummified dinosaur that was discovered and you can see that on youtube. Also i learned about how the dinosaurs could have become extinct. It's all pretty amazing and really puts things into perspective. Science does that you know and many of the things we have been taught before can be thrown in the trash, such as a young earth at 5 to 10 thousand yrs old. Dinosaur tracks, bones, fossils are really amazing. The geology of the earth is fascinating. This little side trip to these dinosaur tracks was wonderful!

Dinosaur Tracks in Arizona - Interview with tour guide
Dinosaur Tracks in Arizona - Interview with tour guide
Dinosaur Tracks in California
Dinosaurs are common worldwide, but in California they are rarer than gold. This video shows some dinosaur tracks in California that are part of the same Early Jurassic layer found in Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, all the way to New Jersey. These are in the Early Jurassic Aztec Formation (identical layer as the Keyenta Formation in Arizona and in identical rock as the Navajo Jurassic, Coconino Permian, Moenkopi Permian sandstone with identical origins) in the Clark Mountains near the border of Nevada.
Fossils in California before the KT boundary were eroded into the ocean by the receding waters as they returned to the sea. A shower of asteroids had cracked open the earth and released the mineralized waters store in the earth which caused massive volcanic eruptions which suffocated all life on land. They also caused gigantic continent crossing tsunamis. It mixed with the rising oceans covering the land worldwide. These created mud flows which buried the dinosaurs and petrified their remains in sediment mixed with volcanic ash. Track layers are sometimes found beneath these bone beds. The formation of these track layers are a mystery to both evolutionists and creationists. Evolutionists speculate that rain, or heavy mist hardened top of the sand dunes in a desert to form these track covered red sandstone over millions of years. This is ridiculous; ground water would have distorted them. Also, the tracks are not in dunes, they are in flat surfaces in sandstone that is sometimes crossbeded or flat. Creationists claim the flood formed them under shallow water. The Raymond Alph museum admits they are a mystery. These explanations do not explain how quartz sandstone mixed with oxidized iron can be fused into solid rock that preserves perfect trackways. They had to form in a short time. It appears volcanic iron which produces the different colors; yellow, red, tan, black was introduced by volcanic mineralized water going to and fro. In the road cut on the 15 freeway you can see layers of different colored volcanic rock turned up vertical. Nearby is the Coliseum gold mine where volcanic eruptions deposited gold.

Monument Valley, land of the Dine (Navajo) Nation, feral horses, dinosaur tracks.
In late Fall, during a week of cold, sunny days, Greg Feet and Patricia Sparks explored the land of the Dine (Di-NAH), or Navajo, people, by car but mostly on foot. We saw dinosaur tracks, feral horses, native American rock art or petroglyphs, and amazing geological structures. The Dine people impressed us the most, with their sincere kindness and good nature.

Dinosaur tracks in Glen Rose, Texas
We took this video at Dinosaur Valley State Park which is SW of Dallas on 10/19/2013. The tracks are estimated to be around 112 million years old and were first discovered by a 9 year old boy in 1909 after a 1908 flood uncovered some of them. The tri-toed tracks are from the Acrocanthosaurus (relative of T Rex) and the large 3' roundish tracks are from the back feet of a Sauropod type dinosaur.
