Batanes: Japanese Tunnel, Hanggang Kapitolyo Nga Ba???
For those who have been to Batanes, we all know that we need to register first and pay Php350.00 Eco Tourism Fee per pax before proceeding to any kind of tours. This fee has to be paid at the Basco Provincial Capitol.
Meanwhile, the Japanese Tunnel is around 15-20mins tricycle drive from the Capitol where we had our registration. So imagine ang gulat namin nung sinabi ni Kuya Romnick na yung isang lagusan ng tunnel ay papunta malapit na sa “registration”.

Batanes is the farthest province in the tip of Luzon, Philippines. It is a must for us (Filipino) to reach this province. We had North Batan Tour in Day 1(afternoon)Tukon Church, Art Gallery, Dipnaysupuan Japanese Tunnel, Valugan Boulder Beach, Basco Lighthouse at Naidi Hills, Vayang Rolling Hills and Chadpidan Boulder Beach.
