Originally from Canada and very well known in North America thanks to her blog, Busurleweb, Aurélia Filion is a young energetic, tell-it-like-is woman. She challenges accepted ways of doing things in the wine world and has striven to simplify wine tasting. Every week, she presents a video of wines to discover. Her bywords are sharing, pleasure, and emotions. Far from the dictates of the label, she puts a premium on taste, authenticity, the influence of the terroir and the wine maker and unlike many wine tasters, the wine's weaknesses! What is her goal? I want to change the wine world, one bottle at a time.
Canadienne très regardée Outre-Atlantique avec son blog Busurleweb, Aurélia Filion est une jeune-femme pétillante et au parlé franc. Elle prend le monde du vin à contre-courant et décomplexe l'univers de la dégustation en présentant en vidéo, chaque semaine, des vins à découvrir. Le partage, le plaisir, les émotions, c'est son crédo. Loin du diktat de l'étiquette, ce qu'elle aime c'est le goût, l'authentique, l'empreinte du terroir et du créateur et, contrairement à bon nombre de dégustateurs... les défauts du vin ! Son souhait : changer le monde du vin, une bouteille à la fois.

Wine growing is a passion that has been passed down from father to son in the Humbrecht family since the 17th century. Domaine Zind Humbrecht today comprises of 40 hectares of vines, spread out over an array of different terroirs in the geological patchwork which is the Alsatian wine region and birthplace of our noble grape varieties.

JOLENE HUNTER - WINEMAKER
Jolene has been part of the Zind-Humbrecht team for the last 8 years. She started off as an intern during the 2010 growing season and for her thesis compared the soil water potentials across biodynamic, organic and conventional viticulture. After completing her Masters degree, Jolene joined the Zind-Humbrecht production team and worked in the cellar and vineyards where she obtained a better understanding of biodynamics, gained experience in minimum intervention winemaking and discovered her passion for the terroirs of Alsace. Since 2013 Jolene has been Domaine Zind-Humbrecht’s Export Manager allowing her to travel all over the world sharing her passion and enthusiasm for the wines of Zind-Humbrecht and the potential of Alsace.

Un des grands producteurs d'Alsace fait ici une cuvée atypique, avec des cépages non authorisés en Alsace comme le chadonnay d'où le fait qu'il n'y a pas de millésime sur ce vin. Par contre on a une belle réussite avec un vin frais et minéral comme le sont les vins d'Alsace mais aussi une bouche un peu grasse bien intégrée et agréable.

Petit montage pour ceux que cela intéresse Travaux de mise en bouteilles au domaine Charles Noll vins d'Alsace à Mittelwihr. La maison Charles NOLL reste une exploitation familiale où tout le savoir-faire, comme tailler soigner la vigne, élever, vinifier et mettre en bouteilles ses grands vins de terroir, se transmet de père en fils -- fille, depuis plusieurs générations de vignerons et ce depuis 1864.
Aujourd'hui c'est moi, NOLL Daniel, qui est à la tête de cette exploitation, je représente la cinquième génération, et je reste très attaché aux traditions de produire des vins typiques, riches, frais et racés.
