Bolero - Lydia Cottrell at Doncaster Brewery and Tap
Performed at Doncaster Brewery and Tap as part of Doncaster's DNweekeNd Festival 2015 (Staged by Right up Our Street).
As described in the DNweekend leaflet:
A very British, binge-drinking, boozy reworking of Ravel's Bolero.
This performance is a re-imagining of the 1960 ballet for Ravel's Bolero where a dancer performs on a tabletop in a Spanish taverna -subverting the original choreography towards contemporary culture, female binge drinking and Geordie Shore role models. Performed by Lydia Cottrell,

Doncaster Day of Dance 2014
As part of the Doncaster Folk Festival, three morris teams met in the Town Centre and entertained the crowds with a fine display of traditional dance. The teams were Green Oak Morris (Doncaster), Maltby Phoenix Rapper & Longsword and Rattlejag (Retford).
Green Oak Morris Dancers enjoyed Pie and Peas in Doncaster Brewery Tap and performed the traditional Yorkshire Longsword Dance. The dancers performed in Priory Walk, and in the afternoon they danced in the High Street. The displays were admired by the Saturday afternoon shoppers. Several people in the audience said they liked to see this English Folk Dancing in Doncaster, and enjoyed the music and the excitement. The sun came out in the afternoon. The event was organised by Mr Paul Davenport.
