Dreamland beach also known as New Kuta Beach is beautiful clean beach near to uluwatu temple. We spent our last day in bali on this beach. Sand is white and like big grain in size. This beach is ideal place for surfing due to high waves but not appropriate for swimming.

Berada di Wilayah bali selatan, tepatnya di pecatu indah resort. Pantai Dreamland dikelilingi oleh tebing yang menjulang tinggi, pasir putih, dan air laut yang jernih, serta ombak yang besar, sehingga banyak dari para peselancar menggunakan pantai dreamland sebagai tempat berselancar. Masuk ke pantai Dreamland ini hanya dengan membayar tiket parkir saja sebesar 5000/orang.

Dreamland Beach! It is not so easy to get there. The first picture with the statue (right after the typo) is the entrance to a weird investment area: Large roads and almost nothing else. It is great to speed with the scooter on those roads though. Then drive all the back and ask someone, because the beach is a little hidden..and yes the walking way is a little dirty. With Google Map you can find it as well. But you will be rewarded with a clean beautiful beach. The waves are really strong and that is a lot of fun. On the side of the beach you can also surf. Hope you like the short little video.

Dreamland Beach (now known as New Kuta Beach) is a beach located on the Bukit peninsula, on the island of Bali, Indonesia. The beach provides basic accommodation and cafes for surfers and day-trippers. It is also renowned for its dangerous shorebreak. Dreamland Beach is the site of the failed Pecatu Graha development, planned by Tommy Suharto, the youngest son of the former president Suharto. As of 2008 this is an active building site with all the previous Warongs having been levelled for a hotel complex.

We decided to go and check out Dreamland beach Bali after checking into our cheap penthouse in Uluwatu, Mandala Village.

This is a popular little beach in Bali for surfing and so Robyn and I decided to see what all the fuss was about.

Dreamland Beach is among the collection of ‘hidden’ beaches of Bali: stretches of white sand secluded by limestone cliffs that line the rugged coastline of the southern Bukit Peninsula. The beach became highly accessible following the mega development of the Pecatu Graha and Pecatu Indah Resort projects that, at the turn of the millennium, transformed the 400Ha hilly terrain into the ‘New Kuta’, with Klapa beach club, resorts and the New Kuta Golf course onsite.

Pantai Dreamland adalah sebuah tempat pariwisata yang terletak di sebelah selatan Bali di daerah bernama Pecatu. Pantai Dreamland dikelilingi oleh tebing-tebing yang menjulang tinggi, dan dikelilingi batu karang yang lumayan besar di sekitar pantai. Lokasi pantai ini berada dalam kompleks Bali Pecatu Graha (Kuta Golf Link Resort) yaitu sekitar 30 menit dari pantai Kuta.

Asal usul nama Dreamland dikarenakan dulu di area ini sempat terdapat sebuah proyek perumahan dan objek wisata. Namun proyek tersebut terhambat dan terbengkalai sedangkan para penduduk desa Pecatu yang dulunya hidup sebagai petani sangat berharap proyek selesai dan mereka bisa menekuni bisnis lain di bidang pariwisata. Karena itulah lahan disekitar pantai disebut dengan Dreamland.

Welcome to Uluwatu, Indonesia. The best beaches in all of Indonesia are down here. Highly recommend you visit Dreamland/Bing Beach. The first beach we were at was high tide so low tide would of been amazing but people surf there too. Jimbaran is famous for sunset dinners and I highly recommend you do that atleast 1 day. It's beautiful!
