In a fitting tribute to the fast-growing creative scene of the UAE and to celebrate the evolution of Dubai Opera as a cultural hub, Emaar has launched the ‘Dubai Music Band.’
The debut performance of the Dubai Music Band, a subsidiary of Dubai Opera, was held at the iconic multipurpose venue in Downtown Dubai, and featured popular compositions by composers from across the Arab world, including several Emirati and Gulf-based musicians.

Public Tours are available on most days. Tickets can be purchased online and at the Box Office, either in advance or on the day of the tour (subject to availability).
Tours last approximately one hour and depart from the Box Office.
Tours are conducted in English or Arabic. Other languages are available on advance request.
Price
AED 75 per adult.
AED 45 for children between 3 – 16.
The Exclusive Back Stage Tour Experience
Explore the backstage life of Dubai Opera and discover the hidden world of a theatre!
Areas covered by the tour include the auditorium, backstage areas, dressing rooms, piano and trap room, sound room and the rarely seen seat storage area when the auditorium transforms into flat floor mode. All tours share the fascinating story and architecture of the Dubai Opera building, while offering real insight into the production process.
Exclusive Backstage Tours take place once a month at 9:30am, 11:30am, 2:30pm and 3:30pm, exploring the unseen areas of the theatre and giving you a glimpse into the backstage world.
Please note all tours involve walking, standing and stairs, and last approximately 75 minutes plus 45 minutes for you to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee at Dubai Opera Café which is included in your ticket price.
Price: AED 175 per adult and AED 140 for children between the ages of 7 and 16. Age limit is 7+.
