DUBAI MALL, DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
DUBAI MALL, DUBAI, The Dubai Mall (Arabic: دبي مول Dubay mwl) is a shopping mall in Dubai and the largest mall in the world by total area. It is the 21st largest shopping mall in the world by gross leasable area.[1] Located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, it is part of the 20-billion-dollar Downtown complex, and includes 1,200 shops.[2][3][4] In 2011 it was the most visited building on the planet, attracting over 54 million visitors each year.[1] Access to the mall is provided via Doha Street, rebuilt as a double-decker road in April 2009.[5]
Twice delayed, Dubai Mall opened on 4 November 2008, with about 1000 retailers, marking the world's second largest-ever mall opening in retail history behind West Edmonton Mall. However it is not the largest in gross leasable space, and is surpassed in that category by several malls including the New South China Mall, which is the world's largest, albeit largely derelict, Golden Resources Mall, SM City North Edsa, and SM Mall of Asia.,Dubai Mall (arabsky: دبي مول) je nákupní centrum v Dubaji a největší nákupní centrum na světě podle celkové plochy. It is an extremely rare Arab food nowadays! You have to be incredibly lucky to experience this whole camel platter! This is definitely one of the must try foods in Dubai! It is a traditional Emirati food and is one of the best things to do in Dubai. If you're thinking of traveling to Dubai for a food trip, you can't go wrong, there is so much delicious Emirati cuisine and amazing street food to try! I must admit, most of the food is in Dubai restaurants that are clean and quiet, but that is part of the charm of Dubai.
First, Peyman and I checked out the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa, and then made our way to the one and only Camel Restaurant, address below:
Entire Camel Platter in Dubai: Zaman Awal Restaurant

DUBAI WATER CANAL | Tolerance Bridge, Twisted Bridge, Foot Bridge | Dubai, UAE
Welcome to Dubai Expo 2020
Dubai Water Canal, a 3.2km long waterway which winds its way to the Arabian Gulf from the Creek in Old Dubai through Business Bay. Along its waterfront, the W Hotel, the St Regis and a whole range of new lifestyle precincts. The new path effectively turns a significant part of the emirate into an island.
At a cost of AED 2.7 billion, the much-anticipated project is an impressive undertaking, involving an infrastructure overhaul of one of Dubai’s busiest areas. But in just three years since the project’s launch, this major milestone has been reached.
The Canal itself is a sight to behold. The 3.2km extension ranges 80 to 120m in width and cuts through Dubai’s main artery, the Sheikh Zayed Road, across Safa Park and into the residential Jumeirah district, connecting with the Arabian Gulf. This adds 6.4km of waterfront to the emirate and creates 80,000 sqm for public space and facilities, plus a 3km running track and 12km cycling path.
There is also a mechanical waterfall, where the Canal meets the Sheikh Zayed Road bridge. This motion-operated water wonder pumps water through the bridge in a constant flow, visible from the promenade, and can be switched off when a sensor detects a boat nearby.
Five pedestrian bridges are also available, three across the Canal, allowing visitors to cross at key points, take in the stunning vistas and observe the passage of water vessels below.

#Dubai is a city of skyscrapers, ports, and beaches, where big business takes place alongside sun-seeking tourism. Because of its large expatriate population, it feels like a Middle Eastern melting pot, and the atmosphere is generally tolerant. Religious affiliations are not a prominent aspect of city life. Islam is the majority religion, but churches and Hindu temples coexist with Dubai’s mosques.
