ÁRAINN (Inis Mór - Inishmore) is the largest of the Aran Islands off the west coast of Ireland in County Galway. It is 14.5 km long and 3.8 km wide (at its widest place). Filmed at 2:14 P.M. on June 17, 2014. Dún Aonghasa (anglicized Dun Aengus) is the best-known of several prehistoric hill forts on the Aran Islands of County Galway, Republic of Ireland. It lies on Inishmore, at the edge of a 100 meter high cliff. It is a popular tourist attraction. Dún Aonghasa is also an important archaeological site. Inis Mór (Irish: Árainn [Irish pronunciation: [ˈɑːɾən̠ʲ]], Irish: Árainn Mhór or Irish: Inis Mór) is the largest of the Aran Islands in Galway Bay in Ireland and has an area of 31 km2 (12 sq mi). Inis Mór has a population of about 840, making it the largest of the Aran Islands in terms of population and largest island off the Irish coast with no bridge or causeway to the mainland. The island is famous for its strong Irish culture, loyalty to the Irish language, and a wealth of Pre-Christian and Christian ancient sites including Dún Aengus, described as the most magnificent barbaric monument in Europe by George Petrie.

Dún Aonghasa) – pozostałość kamiennej budowli obronnej (fortu) pochodzącej najprawdopodobniej z epoki późnego brązu (ok. 700 lat p.n.e.), znajdująca się na wyspie Inis Mór (wyspy Aran, Irlandia). Tworzą ją trzy koncentryczne, kamienne mury w kształcie półkręgów, z których wewnętrzny – największy ma 5,8 metra wysokości i 4,9 metra grubości i otacza obszar o powierzchni 5 hektarów. Drugi jest rozdwojony w kierunku południowo-zachodnim. Trzeci, najdłuższy ogranicza obszar o powierzchni ponad 20 hektarów. Prawdopodobnie w przeszłości budowla miała kształt regularnego koła, jednak prawie jej połowa osunęła się do morza w wyniku podmycia klifu wysokości 100 metrów, na skraju którego się znajduje.
