Temet Nosce is a norwegian rock band from Karmøy, Norway's west coast.
The band started in October 2009 by Roy Kling, song writer and guitarist of the band. Together with lead singer Vidar Stueland and drummer Leif Helge Olsen, they went into the studio to record their debut album Know Thyself.
Shortly after the band was joined by Christian Welde (keyboard) and Terje Fjell (bass). The band was now complete and Know Thyself was released in August 2010.
As a result of the great response from the audience, Temet Nosce was asked to perform at Oktober Rock Festival in 2010, together with artists Beth Hart and Slade. By this time one of the songs of their debut album, Another World had reached the top 40 radio charts.
Temet Nosce held several concerts locally, and as the good response continued, the band was chosen as the support band for Lissie, in June 2011.
At the same time, the band's new song We are all one had radio release and quickly hit the top 40 charts.
By then Temet Nosce had decided to make their first music video based on their latest song We are all one. The video shoot took place just a few months later at the historical building Søderberg, Hydro, a former aluminium production plant that was being demolished after 40 years of operations.
The music video was ready to be introduced the same date as the band's new EP Love (October 2011) which featured 3 songs, including a new version of their song Change can only begin with yourself, which once again hit the top 40 charts at the end of 2011 climbing to nr. 1 on the list early in 2012. (The song remained on the carts over 20 weeks).
The shoot location was earlier own by Cunard Shipping and in 1912 the crisis meetings of the Titanic chrash were held at the same building
Temet Nosce from Karmøy, Norway had their debut studio album Know Thyself (2010). Their releases also include an EP Love (2011) and two singles, Create your own life (2012) and Rock the World (2013) The band has received press coverage in NRK 21 news, Radio playing in NRK P1 and two number 1 positions on Radio 102's official top 40 chart.
The band got also international attention with their two music awards in USA (Sene Film Music & Art Festival, Rhode Island, USA) as well as media coverage in India (The Hindu, Indian Express and The Times of India). Additionally, the music video for the song Create Your Own Life was filmed in London, England and England was also the first country where Temet Nosce played a concert outside Norway's borders.

NEW Assassin's Creed Syndicate is a historical action-adventure open world stealth video game being developed by Ubisoft Quebec and to be published by Ubisoft. It is set to be released on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and for Microsoft Windows. It is the ninth major installment in the Assassin's Creed series, and the successor to 2014's Assassin's Creed Unity.
Story:
In 1868, at the tail end of the Industrial Revolution, with the Assassin Brotherhood all but eradicated, twins Jacob and Evie Frye leave Crawley for London and arrive to find a city controlled by the Templars, with both the Church and the Monarchy losing their power. Raised as Assassins to follow the Creed, Jacob and Evie aim to take back the city from Templar control by infiltrating and uniting London's criminal underworld, aided by notable figures of the era such as novelist Charles Dickens, biologist Charles Darwin and inventor Alexander Graham Bell, foundational philospher of modern nursing, Florence Nightingale and Queen Victoria.
Gameplay:
Assassin's Creed Syndicate marks the first time in the series where the player can freely switch between two different players. It will also be the first main entry in the series to feature a playable female player. Male lead Jacob Frye is meant to be more of a hot-headed brawler, specialized in close combat, while his twin sister Evie is strong in stealth and relies on her intelligence and wit. The Assassins' main weapons this time around include brass knuckles, a compact revolver, a cane sword and the traditional Nepalese curved kukri knife and combat is faster-paced than before with latency having been cut in half and multiple enemies attacking the player at once. Additionally new travelling systems make their debut in the game, such as a rope launcher which allows the player to rappel up structures as well as create a zip-line between buildings, and carriages, which can all be piloted or simply occupied by the player, and trains. The rooftops of moving carriages can also be the setting of fights and parkour chases. London in the game will be approximately 30% larger than Paris in Unity and consist of six boroughs: Westminster, The Strand, The City of London, Whitechapel, Southwark and Lambeth. The game will have no multiplayer mode, and will not feature a companion app, which was introduced in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. Side missions in the game have been designed to reflect the fight for power in London and are cohesive to the main story of the game. Players can also kidnap enemies for ransom then put them inside horse carriages and take them to a deliver point.
