Southwest China includes Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Guangxi provinces and Chongqing municipality. It had long been the Wild, Wild West of China dated back to 221 BC, and people who lived here had long been called as Xinan Yi , literally, southwestern foreigners or barbarians.
The faraway distance to China central inland and the complicated geographic conditions made this mountain-locked corner a remote, underdeveloped region and even nowadays, a less-developed region in China, in the meantime, created a variety of spectacular landscapes and rich, colorful, unique ethnic histories and cultures.

Technically video was not allowed in the auditorium but my seat towards the front right of the stage allowed me to film a clip unnoticed since everyone else's attention was fixated straight forward, transfixed by the dance.

Nếu chỉ ghé qua Côn Minh (Kunming) trên những nẻo đường khám phá Vân Nam bạn nên dành 1 ngày tham quan thành phố với các địa điểm như: Cổng Kim mã-Bích kê (đây là biểu tưởng của TP Côn Minh), Công viên Thuý Hồ (Green lake) (ngay tại trung tâm), chùa Viên Thông (một trong những ngôi chùa phật giáo lớn của CM), hồ Điền Trì (Daichi Lake)...
