Kurtis for Rs. 399 at BIG BAZAAR- Budget friendly shopping variety + Haul..Viviaana Mall Thane
Hi friends ????...Always visited Big Bazaar for grocery shopping but this time it was more than that. Browsed through their clothing, kitchen ware and was amazed to see the variety which was in all price ranges ( high & low). It was truly budget friendly.
Visited Big Bazaar in Viviaana Mall in Thane ( it’s there in R-City Bug Bazaar also). Their recently opened non-vegetarian section is a treat for non veg lovers which was clean & lots of variety. Most of the items were ready to eat or if you wish you can fry or roast them.
Now enjoy your shopping at Big Bazaar.????????

Construction of the line begun on 27 September 2014 with the 8.5 km (5.3 mi) stretch from Transport Nagar to Charbagh Railway Station which began its commercial operation on 5 September 2017, making it the fastest built metro rail system in the country. Full operation on Red Line stretch from Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport metro station to Munshi Pulia metro station began operation on 9 March 2019.
The Lucknow metro cover a distance of 23.7 km with 22 stations. It is the seventh longest operational metro network in India after the Delhi Metro, Hyderabad Metro , Chennai Metro, Namma Metro , Noida Metro and Kolkata Metro.
The Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC) has hired 35 customer relation assistants to assist commuters, especially senior citizens in getting tickets. LMRC has also provided free RO drinking water, toilets, escalators and lifts at all the stations.
The Lucknow metro project is the most expensive transport system in Uttar Pradesh to date with an estimated total cost for Phase 1A (Red Line) and 1B (Blue Line) of about $2 billion, of which ₹6,928 crore (US$960 million) is being spent on phase 1A.The Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation, a 50:50 joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, was established to build and operate the metro.
Once completed, the Lucknow Metro will have 2 Lines (1A & 1B), the longer Red (North-South) line, running from Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport to Munshi Pulia chauraha with a total length of 23.7 km (14.7 mi), and the Blue (East-West) line, running from Charbagh Railway Station to Vasant Kunj. Charbagh Railway Station will serve as the junction station between the two lines. Further, Metro Phase 2 & 3 will consist of 6 lines of 74 km. Phase 2 will be of 3 lines from IIM Lucknow to Rajajipuram, Indira Nagar to CG City and CG City to CCS International Airport. Phase 3 will be of 3 lines from Munshipulia to Jankipuram, Charbagh to SGPGI and Sachivalaya to CG City. Phase 4 will further see metro expanding to outer areas and to satellite towns.
The current phase that is completed is between Munshi Pulia and Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport. The time that it takes to go from one end to another is approximately 50 Minutes with a maximum fare of ₹ 60.
Drivers Fight Back Against Road Rage Motorcyclist
This road rage motorcycle instantly regretted smashing another driver's window after dozens of bystanders set upon him and made a citizen's arrest. The moped rider in shorts and flip-flops was furious after being honked at on a road in Hat Yai, southern Thailand, on Monday, morning. When he pulled up alongside the black Nissan he picked up a lump of concrete and smashed the driver's window. He then repeatedly slammed the door while threatening the motorist and an elderly bystander.

Lucknow Metro Live | Full Tour | Map | News | luckyynow
Construction of the first line is completed with the 8.5km in first phase, from Transport Nagar to Charbagh Railway Station, beginning operation on 5th September 2017 and on 7th September 2017 I have done my journey.
I started from Charbagh Metro Station, traveled till Transport Nagar Metro Station. So my journey started from Charbagh Metro Station the entrance was great and clean. Once we were in station the queue was long still after long line we were lucky to get our coins. The doors of Lucknow metro are wider than other metro coaches in India and quite modern, it even have charging ports.
The coach was even a mic and speaker where you can directly speak to driver to the metro train. Ample space for sit. My first journey ended in Transport Nagar Metro Station. While coming back to Charbagh Metro Station we have taken metro card and not coin. It costed us Rs 200. Rs 100 for value to ride and rest as an refundable security. At every corner of coach and stations its an LCD-based display system. Its even have free WiFi but I havent used it.
The most beautiful stretch with when metro cross the Awadh Crossing as your can see beautiful gate over VIP road. Its an 60 meter steel bridge crossing the rotary over an Ambedkar statue in the bottom.
Towards end graphically displayed map is shown that might be very helpful for future. This the first metro line in Uttar Pradesh.

For the Gomti Nagar link, the train coming from the airport terminal was to be diverted towards Gomti Nagar at the Indira Nagar trisection Polytechnic crossing along an elevated route. The planned stations were Indira Nagar Trisection, West End Mall [Waves Multiplex], Gomti Nagar & Patrakarpuram.
The East-West corridor was planned to connect the Lucknow railway station at Charbagh to Vasantkunj on Hardoi Road and have a total length of 11 km (6.8 mi), including 4.29 km elevated (2.67 mi), 0.5 km ramp (0.31 mi) and 6.3 km underground (3.9 mi). There would be only one depot at Vasant Kunj spread over a land measuring 20 hectares (49 acres). The Amausi Depot has been done away because of its proximity to the Airport and the subsequent reasons of security and safety

Lucknow Metro is a rapid transit system serving the city of Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh.[7][8] Construction of the line began on 27 September 2014 with the 8.5km first phase, from Transport Nagar to Charbagh Railway Station, beginning operation on 5 September 2017.
The Lucknow metro project is the most expensive transport system in Uttar Pradesh to date with an estimated total cost for Phase 1 and 2 of about $2 billion, of which ₹6,928 crore (US$1 billion) is being spent on phase 1.[citation needed] The Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation Limited, a 50:50 joint venture between the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, was established to build and operate the metro.[9]
Once completed, the Lucknow Metro will have 2 Lines, the longer Red (North-South) line, running from Amausi to Munshi Pulia with a total length of 22.878 kilometres (14.216 miles), and the Blue (East-West) line, running from Charbagh Railway Station to Vasant Kunj. Charbagh Railway Station also serves as the junction station of the two lines
Initially, Lucknow Metro Rail Project was planned to include two corridors: North-South and East-West; and the Gomti Nagar link. The construction cost was estimated at ₹5,413 crore (equivalent to ₹78 billion or US$1.2 billion in 2016) for North-South corridor, ₹3,611 crore (equivalent to ₹52 billion or US$810 million in 2016) for East-West corridor and Rs ₹495 crore (equivalent to ₹714 crore or US$110 million in 2016) for Gomti Nagar link.[10][11]
The North-South corridor was to connect Amausi airport to Munshipulia and cover a distance of 23 kilometres (14 mi), including 19.051 km elevated (11.838 mi), 0.774 km ramp (0.481 mi) and 3.053 km underground (1.897 mi).[12][13] This corridor will have a total of 22 stations including 19 overhead and 3 underground.[14] The elevated stations would have included the Airport terminal, Amausi, Transport Nagar, Krishna Nagar, Singaar Nagar, Alambagh, ISBT, Mawaiya, Durgapuri, Charbagh. Hereafter, the track will be elevated again, stations in the sequence are KD Singh Babu Stadium, Lucknow University, IT College, Badshahnagar, Lekhraj Market, Ramsagar Mishra Nagar, Indira Nagar and a new terminus Munshi Pulia.[15]
This corridor was to have 12 stations including seven underground and five overhead. The stations at Lucknow Railway Station (Charbagh), Gautam Budh Marg, Aminabad, Pandeyganj, Chattrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University (King George Medical University) and Niwazganj were to be below ground level, and an elevated section for the Thakurganj, Balaganj, Sarfarazganj, Moosabagh and the Vasant Kunj terminal stations.
The designed speed of metro would be 90 km/h (56 mph) while the scheduled speed would be 34 km/h (21 mph) for North-South corridor and 32 km/h (20 mph) for East-West corridor. There would be only one depot at Vasant Kunj spread over a land measuring 20 hectares (49 acres). The Amausi Depot has been done away because of its proximity to the Airport and the subsequent reasons of security and safety.[16]
In 2013, the Department of Housing and Urban Planning of Government of Uttar Pradesh did away with the two-corridor layout and recommended a dense network of metro connectivity in Lucknow. The entire route has been proposed to be built overhead. Due to this, the overall cost of the project will go up due to an expanded network, the operating cost per km will be reduced. This is because the cost of constructing one km of overhead track is ₹180 crore (US$28 million) as compared to ₹550 crore (US$86 million) for an underground track. Also, an underground track consumes much more energy and is less safe. There is also a proposal to start a Bus Rapid Transit System (BRTS) as a feeder service to the metro
