Easter Weaving Room - Baguio City
100 Years of Weaving Tradition
It was one cultural experience that we will never forget.
The Easter Weaving Room at Guisad Road, Baguio offers the public a full view of the still traditional way woven fabrics are made. There are no entrance fees. There are no limits to how long you can take videos, to how many photos you can take. They do not hide their skills. They want people to have a total communion with the implements, to soak in the splendor of colors, to sway with the humming sound of bamboo plats clicking against each other, of multi-colored threads criss-crossing a million and one ways to come up with that subtle pattern of a fish or a star unique to a particular Cordillera indigenous tribe or ethnic group.
This is our humble tribute to the hardworking women of Easter Weaving Room, whose tenacity, patience, and love for their craft continue to produce excellent hand-woven fabrics that will surely make one's home a welcome sight to behold.
We are truly proud.

CHEAP VEGGIES, NIGHT MARKET, 500 PESO STRAWBERRIES AND BELL HOUSE AT CAMP JOHN HAY IN BAGUIO
Bgauio is the summer capital of the Philippines. This city of Pines is certainly the most popular place for Filipinos to travel in their home country. Those who can afford it move to this town, which is at altitude of 1500m, during the hot summer montes. They rave about the zigzag road and the cooler climate.
