Ibiza (en catalán y oficialmente Eivissa) es una isla situada en el mar Mediterráneo y que forma junto a las de Mallorca, Menorca y Formentera y varios islotes de menor tamaño el archipiélago y comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares, en España. Cuenta con una extensión de 572 km² y una población de 140.964 habitantes (INE 2015), por lo que es la segunda isla de Baleares en términos de población tras Mallorca.
Su longitud de costa es de 210 km, donde se alternan más de 40 peñascos e islotes de diversos tamaños. Las distancias máximas de la isla son de 41 kilómetros de norte a sur y 15 kilómetros de este a oeste. Posee una morfología muy irregular formada por varias montañas, de las cuales la más alta es Sa Talaia, situada en el municipio de San José, con 475 metros de altitud.
La isla tiene gran fama en todo el mundo por la belleza de sus calas y playas y la calidad de sus aguas, así como por fiestas y discotecas, que atraen a numerosos turistas. Entre los clubs más famosos se encuentran Space, Pachá, Privilege Ibiza, Amnesia, Café del Mar, Es Paradís y Ushuaïa Ibiza.
