Edithvale Wetlands Video Montage Eastern Grey Kangaroo
This is short videos taken at Edithvale Wetlands with the Eastern Grey Kangaroo having a nap in the grasses in the middle of the field from last year 2018 as well as hopping through the water 2-11-2019 to get to the other side, it was interesting to watch as the Kangaroo looked a bit unsure of where to go, as he went back to where he came from at least three separate occasions, he was tiring and eventually made it to the other side, to the delight of everyone who witnessed it.

Edithvale Wetlands Video Montage Part XXXVI
The Edithvale wetlands is such a great place to visit and observe the birds in their natural environment, the day started with an overcast sky and light winds, a few Black Swans landed as gracefully as they can as they arrived, being very inquisitive creatures they came close to the bird hide checking me out. I could pretty much see it in their eyes that their brain was ticking over.
A couple of Australian Wood Ducks soon followed making an entrance swimming towards me with not a care in the world.
More Black Swans came into view with the males displaying their wingspan by flapping, although they are elegant they can be at times quite aggressive, the day started to brighten up as the sun began to show and the Black Swans where in their element, I could almost see the smiles on their faces, feeding, washing, plumage displays and lovely sounds. Nature is just pure bliss.
Just another day in this wonderful wetland that is on our doorstep.
