Minecraft - Timelapse - Egyptian Oasis
Hello guys, here is my 4th timelapse! This timelapse is in celebration of 50 subscribers in my second week! Thankyou so much. This is a little different to my usual style as it is in an Egyptian theme and i have never built in Egyptian theme before however i think it turned out okay! When you watch my timelapses always try to remember that i build by myself, large solo creations take alot longer than a whole team of 20+. Tell me what you think. ***TOGETHER IN EGYPT Episode 3 (Stream at 1080p for BETTER-QUALITY video)***
Welcome to Episode 3 of my new travel vlog series: Together In Egypt. This is part 1 of 2. My uncle is taking me to visit a desert oasis. The area is called Wadi El Rayan and Qarun Lake. It is a natural protectorate area. Unfortunately we were there quite earlier so the sun had no mercy on us. However, I did get to enjoy a nice boat ride and experience the oasis life. Don't forget to check out my other food videos and travel vlog series :) Follow me on IG @tovnadavid Kpop reaction channel Have a good day!

Egypt Part 3 - Cairo, Giza, Pyramids
Bahariya Oasis, Egypt
Booked a 2 day, 1 night off road 4x4 safari trip to the Oasis. I recommend everyone go. If you are short on time, go for one night and return to Cairo the following day. If you have time to spare, stay for 2 nights or more.
You leave Cairo by bus, from the main bus terminal at about 8am. The bus makes one stop still in Cairo at another bus station to pick up more people then starts the 5 hour journey into the desert.
The bus makes semi-frequent stops along the way. If you need to use the restroom do not hesitate to tell the bus driver to pull over and maybe tip him 2-5 LE if he gives you attitude.
When the bus makes official stops, the bathroom fee is always 1 LE, but the local bathroom watcher may try charging you more. If it's 2LE, it's not worth the argument. Bring your own paper and be prepared for gross bathrooms.
The first day and night, we did the off roading and fast driving through the desert, until we chose a camping spot in the white desert for the night. Our Bedouin guides, set up camp and cooked dinner. It was delicious. Sleeping mats and blanket was provided, though I really recommend clothing for very cold weather. I was still very cold and I brought pants and a thick jacket.
I woke up at 6am, to see the sunrise It was worth it. We then packed up camp and headed back into town, to drop off the people who were leaving back to Cairo.
I stayed one more day, visiting some hot springs where the local men bathe. Girls, be careful how you approach the hot water springs if you want to enjoy. Please don't wear a bathing suit as it's really against their customs, keep local traditions in mind.
Bring snacks and water for the bus journey back, ear plugs and a music player as the Quran will likely be in full blast on the bus.
Oasis of hope…a journey through Egypt’s Natural Heritage FULL VERSION
This is a story about a journey… and the journeys within it. It is a story of change and evolution and the search for solutions.

CAIRO Day 1, The GREAT PYRAMIDS of Giza & Mall of Egypt | Together In Egypt Episode 2
***TOGETHER IN EGYPT Episode 2 (Stream at 1080p for BETTER-QUALITY video)***
Welcome to Episode 2 of my new travel vlog series: Together In Egypt. Day 1 in Cairo! I think up to that point I was on the actual plane in the air more than I was in on the ground. It was at least over 30 hours with transit from Perth to Cairo. Anyway, we wasted no time, my uncle was likeLet's go to the Pyramids while you're fresh from overseas!Hahaha, surprisingly I had energy to go to the Great Pyramids of Giza the next morning after I landed last night. GUYS! It is a site of AWESOME! A true jaw-dropping human invention/engineering. From Cairo city centre to the Pyramids is not far, you can just Uber it. My recommendation is to come in Egypt's Winter tome, less harsh sunlight and probably less tourists. It costed 160 Egyptian pounds to get in which is not too bad. If you want to get in some of the chambers inside, you have to pay extra. I was not that interested in them so I didn't go. You can actually see more of everything in the Egyptian Museum! With that said, don't plan your trip now cuz they are in the middle of renovation and moving to a new location which is near the road entry to the Pyramids. I would say give it another 6 months or a year for them to properly place all the artifacts before planning your trip. After that, we all went to Mall of Egypt which is quite near the Pyramids. It was so good to shop again! Food in Egypt is so cheap compared to Australia. The Pharaonic Village in Giza; Museum of Egyptian History
The Pharaonic Village in Giza, the tour in the old living museum of Egyptian history which might not be found in so many other countries around the world.
It is not like any kind of museum in which you enter and see the different old treasures being presented and displayed to the visitors, but it is more like a real show in which the workers act and perform the old Egyptian ways of living, giving the visitors the chance to know about the history of the Pharaohs.
The Pharaonic village in Giza covers the 5,000 years of history which the world is astonished by. After the performances that you get to see while being seated in a boat that moves through the Nile, there is also the replica of Tutankhamun's tomb which features the old treasures as well as the tomb.
Once you set your leg in the yacht that will sail down the canals, you will find yourself looking at the ancient Egyptian history wherever you tend to look. The life in ancient Egyptian time was so different that you will get astonished with the history and the old ways of living that is being presented in front of you through wandering across the canal.
This Nile river island kind of museum is very useful and interesting to school children and a very good idea for trips made by schools or even parents because the kids are not going to read lots of things which they might not understand, but they will watch the Pharaonic era daily activities.
Tourists visiting Egypt will also love the Pharaonic Village because they will get the chance to enjoy the tour with the language they could understand because there are different languages which they could choose from during the tour.
Inside the Pharaonic Village, there are different Egyptian exhibitions which help in transferring the 5,000 years of history and civilization which Egypt has gone through. Some of these exhibitions include Modern Egypt Exhibit, Inventors Museum, Cleopatra's Exhibit, Ancient Arts and Beliefs, Boats of Ancient Egypt, The Pyramids & Sphinx Exhibit, Mummification Exhibit, Inventions Exhibit, as well as some exhibitions for the previous leaders of Egypt.
In addition to these different exhibitions that get people more informed about the ancient Egyptian civilization, there is one important Egyptian exhibition to mention here, which is the one related to Dr. Hassan Ragab, the founder of this village. The Pharaonic village came to life through the mind and effort of Dr. Hassan Ragab. The exhibition of Dr. Ragab shows some photos from different periods of his life and also presents some of his personal items, such as his important Cryptograph and Papyrus Restoration machine.
The Pharaonic Village is located on the West bank of the Nile, on Jacob's Island, Al-Bahr Al-A'zam street, which is about six miles from the center of Cairo, and which will probably not be far away from your hotel if you are planning to stay in the downtown area.
The daily working hours of the village are from 9 AM until 5 PM during the whole year but in summer it stays open until 7 PM, which will give you the chance to visit it during the day without having to run through the other tours you are doing, just make sure not to visit it after 4 because you will then have no time to enjoy the tour and see how the ancient Egyptian people used to live their days and the activities they were involved in; give yourself some time.
The time which you will most probably spend inside the Pharaonic Village will vary between one to three hours and this will depend on the things you want to see inside, so it is better to be ready for three hours in this place just in case. There are tour guides who will be responsible for telling you the story while being on the tour and they are usually professional and friendly, so they will help in making the tour much better, interesting, and easier.
The fee of the tour inside the village will differ according to the program you are going to take, there are different options there and it will also depend on the age; children from 3 to 5, children from 5 to 10, and of course adults. The price will also differ from Egyptians to foreigners but the difference is not huge and the entrance fee in the end is not expensive.
If you are searching for more information about Egypt and the old life in ancient Egypt then visiting the Pharaonic village should always be on your to-do list because it will give you a lot of information about ancient Egypt through the Pharaohs activities and life.
Being in Egypt, you could also visit The Giza Zoo with your kids ( ), you should never miss the chance of visiting The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization ( ), and of course you already know that The Pyramids of Giza are a must ( ) and the Nile will be always around you wherever you tend to go around the area of downtown of Cairo ( ).

10. Mystery Heads
Finding disembodied heads underground in an Ancient Egyptian tomb sounds like something from a horror movie. But don’t worry, they’re not real heads. As for what they were doing there, the jury’s still out. The heads are a bit of a mystery to this day. The first examples were discovered in 1894 and since then, over 30 have been located. They were nicknamed ‘reserve heads’ because… well, they looked like a bunch of spare heads!
9. The Giza Void
It’s amazing how even the oldest landmarks can still surprise you. In 2017 experts were very surprised when examining the legendary Great Pyramid of Giza on the West Bank of the Nile. As you may know, but just in case you don’t this ancient wonder of the world was built for Pharaoh Khufu and is the largest one of 3.
8. Kites
Mysterious lines in the Egyptian deserts have been seen from the air for around a century. Everyone was wondering what they were! It turns out, they’re made up of little stone walls, not very high at all, in a kite-style formation. Some of them are as long as 40 miles. Even more mysterious was the fact that they lead toward a pit in the sand.
7. King Tut’s Mummy
One of the great mysteries of Ancient Egypt is the circumstances surrounding the death of Tutankhamun. Howard Carter found his legendary tomb in 1922 and made him a historical superstar. What’s maybe not as well known is that King Tut died very young, while in his teens.
6. Black Boxes
If you thought the Great Pyramid of Giza sounded mysterious, wait till you hear about what was found in Memphis! In a cave network 12 miles away from Giza, 24 big black boxes were found. They weigh 100 tons each and are so unusual that some believe them to be alien artefacts!
5. Lost Labyrinth
In the vicinity of the Middle Egyptian city of Faiyum, 100 km (62 miles) southwest of Cairo, there is an area known as Faiyum Oasis. Supposedly, there lies what’s left of one of the most immense and talked-about structures of Ancient Egypt… the mysterious Lost Labyrinth.
4. That’s a Wrap
Though people don’t know a lot about Ancient Egypt, there are certain things everybody knows about, hopefully. Egypt is famous for its pyramids and also the mummies. Examples have been found of mummies that don’t look the way you’d expect. Take this one in the Louvre museum in Paris. It’s an exhibit in the long-established Department of Egyptian Antiquities, which is made up of an impressive 30 rooms showcasing all manner of finds.
3. The Dendera Light
While we believe the light bulb is a relatively modern invention, some commentators would dispute this. In fact they’d go so far as to say the Ancient Egyptians had access to a power source that gave them things like electric light way before it was officially invented!
2.Exploding Pyramid
So I just mentioned a possible power supply in ancient Egypt. But what if I told you about
another theory on this subject that takes place on a MUCH bigger scale? It all revolves around that classic image we associate with the time… a pyramid.
1. The Building of the Pyramids
I know, we’ve talked a lot about pyramids but this is a video about Ancient Egypt! What did you expect? After many, many years, the question still is, how did the pyramids get built in the first place? The construction of these mighty structures is a matter of ongoing debate between pros and amateurs alike.
Origins Explained is the place to be to find all the answers to your questions, from mysterious events and unsolved mysteries to everything there is to know about the world and its amazing animals!
