EL BADI PALACE & SAADIAN TOMBS - THINGS TO DO IN MARRAKECH
Lots of things to do in Marrakech, one of my fav is visiting the side streets.Today it's El Badi Palace Marrakech vlogs as we visit El Badi Palace as well as other places in Marrakesh. We visit the Saadian Tombs Marrakech before heading to El Badi Palace and it's a nice tourist attraction in Marrakech as well. As you can see there are plenty of things to do in Marrakech and you could spend a week easily seeing different tourist attractions in Marrakech at your own leisure.
I liked El Badi Palace more than Saadian Tombs and if you go to the Saadian Tombs be sure to go early as there is a massive line up to see some of the better parts. So you know, the first part of the Saadian Tombs is just as interesting as the part with the line. The Saadian dynasty can be seen all throughout Marrakech. Also is it called Marrakech or Marrakesh? Im not sure but either way.
Other than that we go to a Marrakech restaurant and have crepes for breakfast. The food in Morocco is one of my favourite things to do and the crepes did not disappoint!
El Badi Palace is quite the spot to see in Marrakech! It was once a place for the king to hold parties and you can imagine how lavish El Badi Palace must have been back in the day. You can imagine the types of parties they used to have there and all that jazz. Later we went to a rooftop Marrakech restaurant for some refreshments and just take in the view. Following that we went on a long long long mission to visit a park but it was closed, ha so we took a taxi back to town and called it a night.
If you're visiting Marrakech and looking to do some tourist attractions aka things to do in Marrakech, I recommend Saadian Tombs and El Badi Palace Marrakech, we enjoyed them.

The palace was constructed by the Arab Saadian sultan Ahmad al-Mansur, sometime shortly after his accession in 1578, and it took twenty five years to build, with construction finally been completed around 1593 and was a lavish display of the best craftmanship of the Saadian period.
Morocco, a North African country bordering the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea, is distinguished by its Berber, Arabian and European cultural influences. Marrakesh’s medina, a mazelike medieval quarter, offers entertainment in its Djemaa el-Fna square and souks (marketplaces) selling ceramics, jewelry and metal lanterns. The capital Rabat’s Kasbah of the Udayas is a 12th-century royal fort overlooking the water.

The El Badi palace (sometimes spelled El Badiî palace or El Badia, literally “Palace of the incomparable”) is an architectural ensemble built at the end of the sixteenth century and located in Marrakech in Morocco. Former palace, it was built by the Saadian sultan Ahmed al-Mansur Dhahbi to celebrate the victory over the Portuguese army, in 1578, in the battle of the Three Kings. Today, there remains only a huge esplanade carved gardens, planted with orange trees and surrounded by high walls. Indeed, in 1696, the Alawite sultan Moulay Ismaïl took what was richest in this palace to build the imperial city of Meknes.

يعد القصر البديع بمراكش من روائع الهندسة بالمغرب، بناه السلطان السعدي أحمد المنصور الذهبي (1603-1578) شهورا قليلة بعد تولية الحكم وانتصاره الباهر على البرتغاليين في معركة وادي المخازن عام 1578م. اختار أحمد المنصور الزاوية الشمالية-الشرقية لبناء هذا القصر الذي يخصص لإقامة الحفلات وتنظيم الاستقبالات الرسمية.

The best and the most authentic is getting there by walk; approx. 40 minutes of walk.
If you prefer, you can easily take a taxi for cheaper than 1 euro.
You can also take the bus. The bus station is just at 150 meters from our apartment Naiade.
