Flagstaff Lifestyle Great Things to Do in Arizona
Flagstaff is a city in the U.S. state of Arizona, surrounded by mountains, desert and ponderosa pine forests. It’s a gateway to the San Francisco Peaks, home to Arizona’s tallest mountain (Humphreys Peak) and the Arizona Snowbowl ski resort. Nearby, Wupatki National Monument has Native American pueblo sites, and Walnut Canyon National Monument is dotted with their cliff dwellings.

Learning How to Restore Elden Pueblo
Thank you Tom Woodall for showing us how to work on an interpretive wall at Elden Pueblo. What a great way to help and work on an Archaeology Merit badge. Elden Pueblo is the site of an ancient Sinagua (Sin ah' wa) village, inhabited from about A.D. 1070 to 1275. The Arizona Natural History Association sponsors the Elden Pueblo Archaeology Project with the Coconino National Forest to provide opportunities for people to learn about and become involved in the science of archaeology.

Sierra Ancha Wilderness, AZ - 3 Day 30 Mile Solo Hike (May 2016) in the Tonto National Forest
3 day, 2 night 30 mile loop hike in the Sierra Ancha Wilderness, Arizona in May 2016. The Sierra Ancha Wilderness is located within the Tonto National Forest, about 15 miles northeast of Theodore Roosevelt Lake. This is roughly a 2.5 hour drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. I did this hike solo, starting at the Parker Creek trailhead along hwy 288.
I saw 2 rattlesnakes, one of which I came within 3 feet of stepping on. I also saw an Elk while bushwhacking off trail below Murphy Ranch and Pueblo Canyon. Didn't get either on video unfortunately.
My caltopo map of my route is here:

Hero GoPro 3 Black Edition Mountain Bike Trail 9415 White Spar Prescott, AZ
Shot with the GoPro 3 Black Edition. Resolution 1080p 30 FPS. Camera was mounted on the handlebars. Rode on Trail 9415, which is directly across from White Spar Campground in the city of Prescott Arizona. This is actually one of my favorite trails. Takes you up to one of Prescott's least known treasures, Quartz Mountain. A mountain made of white Quartz.
Went riding with one of my best friend, Barry W., who is the owner of Dancing Skeleton Foods. Sells the best Jerky and Salsa in the area.
Trail was muddy in some spots. The higher you climbed the more snow as you can see in the shots.
Edited the ride with Final Cut Pro X for the first time. So might look a little amateurish to the Final Cut Pro's.
Watch it at 1080p, full screen with headphones.
