Dani's Birthday rolled around and all she wanted was an adventure in the mountains. So, the Adventure.Happy crew headed for Elk Lakes Provincial Park in British Columbia to celebrate. Things got a little smokey but we still got to see some spectacular mountain lakes, waterfalls and hanging glaciers. We hope you enjoy this adventure as much as we did.

Hiked in to both lakes for a nice January sunny hike - 6mi roundtrip. You can drive there, but the old trail which starts 1.6mi up the Jefferson Ridge jeep road is well worth it: old growth and stunning views from above of the canyon rapids.
