Miyazaki is easily the most beautiful prefecture we've been to so far, and it didn't make it in this video but it's also the prefecture that founded chicken nanban, THE BEST JAPANESE FOOD DISH EVER. Miyazaki is said to produce the best chicken in Japan (which my tastebuds can confirm) because their chickens are free-ranging and healthy. Chicken nanban in Miyazaki is a 10000% ABSOLUTE MUST if you can eat chicken.
The places we went in this video are Takachiho Gorge, Aya Teruha suspension bridge, and Udo Jingu. There's so much nature to explore, and because Miyazaki is so far out of the way there aren't as many tourists here as there are in most places in Honshu so you can still get a feel of the untouched nature.

Wild Horses of Miyazaki, Kyushu travel Japan
We went to Kyushu, Miyazaki, Japan for 4 days and 3 nights after Christmas. Kyushu is one of the most beautiful Island in Japan. We rented a car and discovered the island. Our first day of travel was very rainy but we enjoyed the drive to Cape Toi. This was the first time that I saw Japanese monkeys crossing the street. The wild horse were very calm and small. This was a perfect day, except for the rain. I wish I have more better photos and video material but the horses were hiding. It was to cold.
However, the flight was amazing and I put a lot of plane footage in this video. With a great shot from Tokyo Bay. The ANA safety video was very unique, done with Kabuki actors, perfect.

This is our last day in Kyushu and our flight is around 6pm. A beautiful day in December and we are going to Udo Jingu a famous Shinto Shrine at the Pacific. A lovely place with it’s own Starbucks, who would expect that? Again, driving footage and plane footage are in this video and if you are not into this, skip it. This travel vlog of Kyushu comes to an end. Next week I will publish a summarized of this beautiful holiday we had. Living abroad is not always that fun but holiday is fun.

Jun and I visit probably the most beautiful place I've been in Japan yet, the Buddhist temple Kegon-ji in Gifu prefecture! This temple is one site on a pilgrimage route, and Jun and I travel part of the trail up through the mountain forest of Tanigumi-san to reach another waypoint, Okunoin!
