Eongtto Waterfalls
Eongtto Waterfalls is hidden within a forest and appears only after a heavy rainfall.
The falls is 50 meters high and is surrounded by uniquely formed rocks and stones.

Grey rain clouds brought heavy precipitation to the island last weekend, creating magnificent scenes. One of those was in Seogwipo, where a waterfall appears only after significant rain. Here's Mike Balfour with more.

The magic of Cheonjiyeon Falls is easily revealed in its name, meaning pond where Heaven and the Earth meets.
Jiyeongrok (1694) - literary work collection by Lee Iktae, the Governor of Jeju in late Joseon dynasty explains the immediate effectiveness of ritual ceremony for rain at Cheonjiyeon Falls in a bad drought period.
It says Its because there lives the holy dragon., and Cheonjiyeon Falls holds magnificent dragon legends.
Cheonjiyeon Falls in 22m high and 12m wide runs down into 20m deep Cheonjiyeon pond.
The dense sub-tropical forest on both sides of the valley of the pond where the Heaven meets the Earth has been designated as Natural Heritage Area, and holds rare plants, including the Rubus hongnoensis Nakai and psilophytales.
Evergreen trees and blooming of flower trees in different season offer different look around Cheonjiyeon and water extends to the port of Seogwipo.
Cheonjiyeon Falls is also refered as the enchanted garden of Namjugeumgang for its cooler summer and warmer winter condition.

Saeyeon-Gyo Bridge on Jeju Island in South Korea, is a pedestrian overpass, which provides access to the eco Saeyeon Island. The shape of the bridge was inspired by the traditional boats of the area. Background music is Sunday Stroll by Huma Huma.
