New and Recent Real Estate Projects in Deltona

Halifax Health

The physical construction of the Halifax Health Emergency Room is completed and open. Construction of the six story bed tower (Phase 3) is ongoing, as the topping-off ceremony has been held. Now the interior of the building is being developed. Halifax Health has received approval of a 55,000 square foot medical office building (MOB) as part of this project. This $150+ million project will become a major job creator and economic driver for the Deltona Activity Center's Medical Arts District and the City of Deltona. The hospital is projecting to open in December of 2019. Of note, on November 7th, 2018, Halifax Health announced a planned joint venture with the University of Florida Health (Shands) for the Deltona hospital facility.

AdventHealth is building an emergency facility on Howland Blvd. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Friday, January 11th. The projected grand opening was held in August, 2019. This development will bring in additional health services and 40 new medical employees to this Medical Arts District

This is the short version of what transpired. The rest is just Brandy White waiting for Shang to emerge from City Hall.

Brandy White attempts to serve Deltona City Manager Jane Shang as two Volusia County deputies look on.

Shang, a former attorney, tries to avoid service and throws the paperwork out of her car. The City Manager litters, carrying up to a $500 fine, on the Property of City Hall and Volusia County deputies look the other way.

It appears that the $12 million + contract that the City of Deltona pays to the Sheriff's department buys a whole lot of look the other way.

If you wish to exercise your 1st Amendment Right and seek Redress against this corrupt government please feel free to call or email the Sheriff or the Captain who is responsible for these deputies.

At the height of the First World War, two young British soldiers, Schofield (Captain Fantastic’s George MacKay) and Blake (Game of Thrones’ Dean-Charles Chapman) are given a seemingly impossible mission. In a race against time, they must cross enemy territory and deliver a message that will stop a deadly attack on hundreds of soldiers—Blake’s own brother among them.

1917 is directed by Sam Mendes, who wrote the screenplay with Krysty Wilson-Cairns (Showtime’s Penny Dreadful). The film is produced by Mendes and Pippa Harris (co-executive producer, Revolutionary Road; executive producer, Away We Go) for their Neal Street Productions, Jayne-Ann Tenggren (co-producer, The Rhythm Section; associate producer, Spectre), Callum McDougall (executive producer, Mary Poppins Returns, Skyfall) and Brian Oliver (executive producer, Rocketman; Black Swan).

The film is produced by Neal Street Productions for DreamWorks Pictures in association with New Republic Pictures. Universal Pictures will release the film domestically in limited release on December 25, 2019 and wide on January 10, 2020. Universal and Amblin Partners will distribute the film internationally, with eOne distributing on behalf of Amblin in the U.K.

Fire Erupts At Titusville Business

TITUSVILLE, Florida -- A fire erupted at STOPS Enterprises, LLC, located on 8855 Grissom Parkway in Titusville, Florida, this morning. Details are limited, and persons evacuated from the building said that they were not allowed to talk to anyone.


Titusvile Fire Department crews and the State Fire Marshall are on scene to investigate the cause of the blaze.
