Dine with Heart 2014 - with Melbourne's best chefs
A once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience prepared by some of Melbourne's best chefs took place at St Kilda's iconic Palais Theatre in May 2014.
Seven top chefs worked their magic at the inaugural Dining With Heart dinner, to raise funds for Sacred Heart Mission's Meals Program, which feeds up to 400 people who are homeless, 365 days a year.
Those who so generously donated their skills are best known for creating extraordinary dishes at some of Melbourne's finest restaurants:
Ian Curley (European), Andrew McConnell (Luxembourg, Cutler & Co and Supernormal), Chris Watson (Luxembourg and Cutler & Co), Daniel Wilson (Huxtable and Huxtaburger), Jesse Gerner (Bomba and Anada), Derek Boath (Bay Leaf Catering), Adam D'Sylva (Coda and Tonka).
Their challenge was to create an exquisite three course meal out of the basic, hearty ingredients used in the Mission's St Kilda dining hall every day.

In 2016, for the first time ever, The World's 50 Best Restaurants is introducing The Ferrari Trento Art of Hospitality Award, celebrating outstanding service and the creation of unique dining experiences. In the lead up to the announcement of the award winner on June 13th, we're exploring the different approaches to hospitality at top restaurants around the globe.
First up is The Clove Club in Shoreditch, London, No.55 in the extended World's 50 Best Restaurants list 2015.
