Comeback Athlete, Nick Eliason: October 2019
AMP, Athletic Medicine and Performance's Comeback Athletes are individuals that have had an injury, gone through the necessary recovery and have come-back to play sports again.
This month's AMP Comeback Athlete is Nick Eliason, a senior from Billings Senior High and a patient of both Dr. Klepps and Dr. Drake.
Last year as a junior he fractured both of his wrists when a slam dunk during warm-ups for a cross-town rival basketball game didn’t go as planned. He was out the remainder of the season, but was able to ‘come-back’ from his injuries and play for the Royals American Legion baseball team this last summer. He is currently playing wide receiver for the Senior High Broncs football team.

Exclusive : Landslide destroys house in Bosnia as heavy floods hits #Terrified
Three months worth of rain fell in three days last week in Bosnia, Croatia and Serbia in a deluge described as catastrophic by government and emergency officials.
In Bosnia, a third of the country is under water, mostly in northern and eastern areas. A quarter of the four million population live in the affected areas.
At least 19 people have died in the flooding, which has also led to the displacement of landmines.
Heavy landslides have moved landmines and minefields from the 1992-95 war and warning signs at some nine thousands spots.
It is estimated that some 120,000 landmines remain in Bosnia. About 600 people have been killed by mines in the country since 1995.
Sarajevo Mine Action Centre official Sasa Obradovic said: Besides the mines, a lot of weapons were thrown into the rivers, lying idle for almost 20 years.
Croatia is also fighting to cope with the effects the flooding, with two confirmed deaths and earth walls being built along the Sava and Danube rivers.
In Serbia, 12 bodies were recovered in the flooded town of Obrenovac, about 20 miles South-west of the capital, Belgrade.
What happened to us happens once in a thousand years, not hundred, but thousand, Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said at a press conference yesterday.
We have managed to avoid the worst catastrophe thanks to good organisation... The end is not close, but today is much better than yesterday.
The countries stand along the Sava river. Its swollen tributaries made bridges disappear in minutes, while roads and railways were cut within hours. The tops of traffic signs were just visible yesterday under three or four metres of water.
The Sava is now threatening Belgrade, which lies at the confluence of the Sava and the Danube. River banks are being enforced and volunteers have stacked sandbags.
More than 24,000 people were evacuated from the hardest hit Serbian towns and are being accommodated in sports halls, hotels and schools, The EU and Russia have offered assistance.
It doesn't help that the sun shines today and that it's warm outside, said Natasa Marjanovic, 33, from Obrenovac. She and her two young children are staying at a sports hall in one of the Serbian capital's suburbs.
My heart is cold after what I've seen and what I've left behind she added.

The Farm Cabins
The Farm Cabins, just outside of Asheville, North Carolina, can be used for romantic weekend retreats, family reunions, or to host out of town guests who are attending your wedding at The Farm A Gathering Place. We are conveniently situated 8 miles west of downtown Asheville.
Our cabins look rustic from the outside but they have comfort and charm on the inside. Since we have paid particular attention to craftsmanship and details inside and out, we used new lumber for the framing but clad the cabins with vintage reclaimed lumber and vintage tin porch roofing that we harvested from old barns and houses in the area. Inside the wood walls and ceilings are finished with a milk-paint look, antique wood floors and reclaimed lumber from the first house built on Justice Ridge Road.
The cabins have air conditioning and heat and are graced with 2 wood burning fireplaces, one in the interior living space and the other in the spacious outdoor porch overlooking our pasture and woods. This inviting retreat is roomy yet intimate and is fully appointed with a well-equipped morning kitchen , a Jacuzzi tub, oversized dual head shower, cozy bed linens to make sweet dreams a reality, and inviting furnishings inspired by the undisturbed mountain setting. A place you will never forget.
The cottages are part of an old homestead that we have meticulously renovated to bring comfort to your stay, but still maintain the warm bungalow feel. Each of the cottages are different in their own special way.
The Farm Cabins and The Farm A Gathering Place are owned and operated by Myron and Beverly Gottfried. The Gottfried's have been Asheville residents for over 30 years. They have lived on the farm since 1995 and have owned and operated The Farm A Gathering Place since 2005. The Farm A Gathering Place is used for events including weddings, square dances, office parties, and corporate events.
