Respekt sowohl für die Traditionen des Golfsports, als auch der Umwelt waren die Inspiration für die Gestaltung des Espiche Golfplatzes und das Ergebnis ist eine, die eine echte Herausforderung für Golfer aller Stärken bietet. Sorgfältig platzierte Hindernisse inmitten unberührter Hügellandschaft und große Grüns bieten für jeden Golfer ein Erlebnis. Der Kurs erfordert sorgfältige Überlegungen entlang der 6411 Meter vom hinteren Tee und einen guten Touch beim kurzem Spiel. Bunker wachen über die großen, aber ondulierten Grüns. Tee 1 empfängt den Golfer mit schmalem Fairway und fällt vom Abschlag erst einmal etwa 80 Meter ab um dann wieder auf das Niveau des Abschlages anzusteigen. Abschlag und Grün befinden somit auf der gleichen Höhe und dieses Loch bietet schon einen guten Einblick, was dem Golfer erwartet.
