Litchfield National Park - Darwin, Australia
A short video documentary of Litchfield National Park which is about two hours drive from Darwin in the Northern Territory, Australia.
It is a place of great natural beauty where visitors can not only enjoy the sights as most waterholes are also open for swimming. The cool waters are a refreshing break from the heat of the sun.
During weekdays the place is much quieter. This video was captured in 2012

We spent a little bit of time in the heart of Darwin, having a look around Crocosaurus Cove, exploring the CBD and swimming in the sea, but we couldn't wait to get to the next National Park - Litchfield. Again, lots of hikes to waterfalls, 4 wheel driving and lots of termite mounds. Our favourites were definitely the more out of the way, quiet waterfalls like Sandy Creek.

Jumping Crocs & Litchfield National Park- Darwin
Footage from our trip to see the jumping crocodiles on the Adelaide River and Litchfield National Park in Darwin (Northern Territory- Australia). The tour was an action packed day that I definitely recommend. However, if you want to see lots of Litchfield I suggest a 2 or 3 day tour :) Many thanks to our guide Pat on the Adelaide river. His knowledge and respect of these amazing creatures was mind blowing.

Litchfield National Park, DARWIN - Australia
We are on our way to Bali from Melbourne, but we got to spend one day in Darwin on the way. We had never been to Darwin before. We decided to spend the afternoon at Litchfield National Park which is 1 and a 1/2 hours drive south of Darwin.
It was absolutely beautiful. There were huge termite mounds, watering holes and gorgeous waterfalls. Definitely worth visiting if you are ever in Darwin. We will certainly bring our bathers next time so we can have a swim too!
