The Extreeme Adventure Course at Weasenham, Norfolk, 01328 838720
Extreeme Adventure is a high ropes course built in the tallest trees in Eastern England, in beautiful Weasenham Woods, Norfolk --the oldest example of continuous cover forestry in the British Isles.
Hours of adrenaline rushing family fun (for those aged ten and over) which takes aerial trekking to new extremes. Swing, climb and zip at 20ft and 40ft. High up in the trees there are over twenty different elements to conquer including a 3G swing. For the more adventurous there is an 80ft platform from which a fan descender jump can be made as well as a 1000ft zip wire. Both respectively thought to be the longest and highest in the country!
Forget climbing walls - we also have tree climbing (with dry tooling for the very experienced) to heights of 65ft! Do this as an extra or as a group outing where teams may race each other over three way courses to the top.
After you've tried all the fun, enjoy chatting about your experiences in our Woodland Cafe where we serve snacks and hot and cold drinks.

Amazing Footage of Wild Weather as Car Drives into Crashing Waves
This video was taken at about 12:45 on Saturday, 14th December. (ignore the timestamp. I haven't got around to changing the date on my dashcam)
I was driving my son to a rugby match from Maryport to Silloth on the West coast of Cumbria and a short way North of Allonby we say some waves crashing against the road. Assuming that driving through them would be like driving through the spray of a passing truck, I head through.
I regretted my decision early on but carried on assuming it would be OK, until I spied ahead that water was rushing over the sea defences and the car started making noises suggesting that the water was getting too deep, so I hit reverse and got the hell out of Dodge.
In retrospect, It was a foolish thing to do as the power of the waves could easily have swept us out to sea and those waves also regularly throw up driftwood and rocks, but at the time I genuinely didn't think about it and was just concentrating on getting my son to his rugby match on time.
4x4 gets smashed.
My last race of the season. I went through it all for my baby girl.

Shocking moment speeding van is filmed flying over roundabout
This amazing footage appears to capture a 'Dukes of Hazzard style' moment when a speeding van flies through the air after hitting a roundabout. The silver Citroen van is caught hurtling along a dual carriageway before failing to stop and launching into the air as it strikes the cambered edge of the roundabout. Motorcyclist Andy Daynes, 35, said he caught the footage on his helmet cam while driving behind the van on the A11 at Attleborough, Norfolk, earlier this year. Andy, of Hingham, Norwich said: I was actually on my motorbike behind him so I saw it all.
