If you can't hear the lyrics... here they are:
Heartbrake
----------------------
You bring me flowers,
you don't step out of line.
You never do a wrong thing by me.
So what's it gonna take to get through to my heart?
Well take it slow.
Slow it down.
(You gotta put on the Heart-brake)
Slow it down.
(You gotta put on the Heart-brake)
Before I brake your heart,
Before I break your heart.
With every single step I take,
You shadow my lead.
Oh baby take your own steps and strides.
Sugar-sweet-honey
Love ain't candied always,
well it ain't sweet.
Slow it down.
(You gotta put on the Heart-brake)
Slow it down.
(You gotta put on the Heart-brake)
Before I brake your heart,
Before I break your heart.
Mumma always says
that you don't know what you got.
Take me back a few
I'd be there but you know...
well how can I feel like that
when it ain't my way
I gotta let him go!
Slow it down.
(You gotta put on the Heart-brake)
Slow it down.
(You gotta put on the Heart-brake)
Before I brake your heart,
Before I break your heart.

CALEB BREAKS THE 93KG NATIONAL BENCH RECORD! 227.5KG @ 90.35KG BW
ADONIS ATHLETICS
CALEB BREAKS THE 93KG NATIONAL BENCH RECORD!
The Pressident's 227.5kg/500lbs bench press at 90.35kg bodyweight!
Yesterday a couple of Adonis Athletes re-wrote history once again at the Matti Tikka powerlifting competition - more videos on that coming! One of these athletes was Caleb, aka The Pressident. Caleb is a lesser known athlete as he doesn't have social media and only makes appearances in competitions and the occasionally features on the Adonis Athletics social media sites wowing everyone with his feats of pressing and his stellar rise in a relatively short time.
He started undertaking serious training in July 2014 and had a bench press of 170kg at under 83kg bodyweight when he started at Adonis Athletics. Fast forward a year and four months and he has taken the Australian 83kg bench press record, became the 2016 world bench press champion in the 83kg division and took the Australian 93kg division record with a 227.5kg press in a division that's packed with stupidly strong lifters already.
He is now arguably the best pound for pound bench pressers in Australia not to mention his performance on the weekend, as far as Wilks points, places him squarely in the top 10 of the best pressers in the IPF pound for pound. This lift is just 5kg under the current 93kg world record which is owned by the great Dennis Cieri himself and to put it more into perspective for you at this year's world bench press championships the winning lift in the 93kg division was 220kg.
It's a pleasure to call him an Adonis Athlete and have been able to be part of his journey this far. He has much much bigger goals in mind and we will do our best to make sure he ticks those off the list as well along with every other athlete with have the privilage of coaching.
But for now here is his performance yesterday including all warmup weights and attempts. Enjoy and remember to share!
Thank you to all the spotters, loaders, referees, other lifters and organisers who put on the competition. It was very well run and memorable. And thank you to everyone who attended, watched and cheered.

The best reason for publishing Ezra Pound's broadcasts may be the simplest. Thousands of people have heard about them, scores have been effected by them, yet but a handful has ever heard or read them. Here they are. - Foreword

Canadian trash returns home on Canada Day after 6 years in the Philippines
Vancouver, CANADA – Container ship Anna Maersk carrying 69 containers of waste returned by the Philippines arrived at GCT Deltaport in Delta, British Columbia on Saturday (June 30) on the eve of Canada Day.
The trash shipment, labeled as paper waste and recyclable plastic, was stranded for years in the Philippines since it was shipped sometime in 2013 and 2014.
The rubbish sparked diplomatic row between the Philippines and Canada when President Rodrigo Duterte threatened to “declare war” against the North American country after it missed the May 15 deadline of taking back the waste.
President Duterte also ordered a temporary recall of Philippine envoys from Canada but who were later reinstated when Canada started to move the trash back to its domain.
