Is it possible to do Yoga poses in the tank? I went to Zero Gravity Float Spa in Altrincham to find out.
Sensory deprivation and quiet time go hand in hand with meditation, relaxation and taking time out from life. We all need space and why not incorporate Yoga into your floating experience?
