Let’s get physical: Rugby superfan shows team spirit with body-painted jerseys
Japan’s scantily clad superfan — real name Hiroshi Moriyama — has become a global social media sensation since the tournament began on Sept. 20, with his painted naked torso an ever-present fixture at games around the country. Bak-san has been attending matches with the jerseys of the competing teams painted on his upper body, and has tickets to watch 27 games during Asia’s first-ever Rugby World Cup. By the time the tournament is over, the Osaka native intends to have worn a painted representation of all 20 teams’ jerseys.

RALPH LAUREN Purple Label fashion presentation Spring Summer 2017 Milan by Fashion Channel
Still cinematic, but easier to imagine off the big screen: that was the big takeaway from Ralph Lauren’s Purple Label presentation at its Milan palazzo.
The ginormous flower arrangements were still spectacular, the canapés delectable and the impossibly handsome models arranged in distinct genres. Adventurers had their rugged, Army green field jackets and linen cargo pants; Art Deco dandies their cream or black dinner jackets with demonstrative peaked lapels; and sailors their taut, striped sweaters and sleek storm coats edged in leather.
The remaining dapper gents were arranged by color story — muddy browns, deep blues or pale grays — and no snappy signifier came immediately to mind, or was proffered by the publicists. This is a good thing.
While the spring collection still oozed that inimitable Old World polish, it should be easier for customers to project themselves on to trim, two-button suits in a bouncy linen-silk blend; a cashmere sweater with a subtle chevron pattern and air spun to a dissolving softness, or a silky shirt with flap pockets tucked into tapered pants in the same fabric. Sun-bleached espadrilles, rope sandals and suede sneakers helped knock the grandeur out of the ensembles.
There were a few things to set one dreaming, including elaborately embroidered military jumpsuits and a gleaming surfboard made of the same burl wood found on the steering wheel of one of Lauren’s treasured Bugattis.
But everything seemed more legible and uncluttered at a time when consumers are in charge — and Ralph Lauren Corp. has hit a tough patch.
Stefan Larsson, the group’s new president and chief executive officer, has vowed to speed up the supply chain; focus on the core collections of Ralph Lauren, Polo and Lauren; shutter stores, and eliminate management layers that will result in job cuts.
Part of his Way Forward plan seemed to be visible here as the company jettisons unproductive styles and amplifies iconic ones. The corporation already identified the army jacket, tweed jacket, safari jacket, peacoat, duffle coat, oxford shirt, military shirt, cargo pants and Aran cable sweater. They were all on display in Milan. The corporation is serious. Source: WWD.

Don't mess with the Celts: Part I
This video is part one in a series on how to paint Boudicca in her chariot, with her driver. In this episode, I focus on the driver, with special attention paid to painting a check pattern on fabric and creating a Celtic-style body tattoo.
The figure is from Warlord. While Boudicca and her chariot are not currently available, there is a very similar model which you can purchase:

T.M.Lewin | Super Fitted Stretch Shirt
Our first ever super fitted stretch shirt employs remarkable technology to provide all day comfort, stretch and recovery, improved fit, shape retention and crease recovery.
Incorporating 5% LYCRA® fibre, an almost invisible yarn, gives our super fitted stretch shirt an elastic property which provides a closer fit and freedom of movement without compromising comfort.
For more than 100 years, T.M.Lewin has been making high-quality businesswear and outfitting our customers for success.
In 1898 Thomas Mayes Lewin opened his first shop on Jermyn Street, one of London’s historic menswear centres.
Over a century on, our flagship store remains in the same location, side-by-side with the city’s finest tailors and shirt makers.
Lewin went on to make tailoring history as inventor of the ‘coat shirt’.
As one of the very first shirts to be fastened with buttons down the front, Lewin’s innovative design paved the way for the modern button-up, worn around the world today.
Since then we’ve continued to adapt to evolutions of taste and technique. Ten years ago, our skinny-fit suit satisfied a demand for a sleeker look, while our casualwear range, launched in 2012, fits with a loosening of office dresscodes.
Most recently we’ve used innovative fabrics to create the Infinity Suit, a naturally crease-resistant suit which combines the benefits of high-performance merino wool with durability and great fit as well as our new super fitted stretch shirt which uses 5% LYCRA® fibre to create a more streamlined and sleek effect all day long.
Menswear trends go in and out of fashion, but quality never fades, and this remains the measure of our success. Bringing together over 100 years of experience and advances, we produce businesswear of the highest calibre.
Beyond business, we’ve also dressed leading British sportsmen. Both the English cricket team and Welsh football team have selected T.M.Lewin as their official tailoring partner.
From our first Jermyn Street store, we’ve grown to become a businesswear leader across the UK. Our international service also continues to expand, with stores opening around the world, European, American and German websites, and shipping to over 100 countries.

Crazy Flexible 3D Printed T-shirt Design
If you think I missed a lot of details in this video, it's beacuse I already covered it in this one:
I got the NinjaFlex filament (lava color) from 3DEksperten:
15% coupon code: RCLifeON
I start off in Adobe Illustrator and export a random image as a SVG file. The file is later imported
to a CAD software (Fusion 360), we are now able to extrude our object in the photo. The extrusion
basically means we just gave the object depth, and is now possible to be 3D printed. I exported the extruded
object to my slicer (Simplify3D) in order to prepare it to be printed.
A t-shirt is placed on the bed of the 3D printer and by adjusting the settings for the printer it is
able to print a flexible plastic, also called filament, onto the t-shirt. The flexible filament survived the
washing machine, something PLA did not! This is great news because it means I can basically print any picture or
any object onto a t-shirt and it will last for quite a while. I will update you of the durability as time passes.
