Tubing at Mont Tremblant
Tube park is 5 minutes away from Mont Tremblant village
There are 6 trails so I recommend a 2 hour ticket. Staying for 4 hours can get boring.
I arrived at 1:00 PM on a Saturday and each line was about 5 mins. After 4:00 PM, there was virtually no line.
Address for tube park is: 850 Rue Lalonde, Mont-Tremblant, QC J8E 3A1

Sherbrooke Street (officially in French: rue Sherbrooke) is a major east-west artery and at 31.3 kilometres (19.4 mi) in length, is the second longest street on the Island of Montreal. The street begins in the town of Montreal West and ends on the extreme tip of the island in Pointe-aux-Trembles, intersecting Gouin Boulevard and joining up with Notre-Dame Street. East of Cavendish Boulevard this road is part of Quebec Route 138. The street is divided into two portions. Sherbrooke Street East is located east of Saint Laurent Boulevard and Sherbrooke Street West is located west. Sherbrooke Street West is home to many historic mansions that comprised its exclusive Golden Square Mile district, including the now-demolished Van Horne Mansion, the imposing Beaux-Arts style Montreal Masonic Memorial Temple as well as several historic properties incorporated into Maison Alcan, the world headquarters for Alcan.[1][2]
Sherbrooke Street East runs along the edge (both administrative and topographic) of the Plateau Mont-Royal, at the top of a marked hillside known as Côte à Baron, and continues between the Jardin Botanique de Montréal and Parc Maisonneuve to the north and Parc Olympique to the south. The street is named for John Coape Sherbrooke, the Governor General of British North America from. In 1817, Sherbrooke Street initially consisted of two sections, from de Bleury Street to Sanguinet Street. Its relative remoteness from downtown at the time made it difficult to establish industries or factories. Many nursing homes and educational institutions were established on the street in the nineteenth century, such as McGill University, the école normale Jacques-Cartier, the Collège Mont-Saint-Louis and the Couvent du Bon Pasteur.
From the early twentieth century until the 1930s, Sherbrooke Street was the most prestigious street in Montreal. In 1912, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts was established on Sherbrooke Street West. Later with the expansion of the city center, luxurious new houses were built a little further west in the new Garden City of Westmount.
Sherbrooke Street was prolonged eastward starting in the early twentieth century, and followed the urban development of Montreal eastward. It was central to the creation of several institutions and parks such as La Fontaine Park, the Notre-Dame Hospital, Maisonneuve Park, Montreal Botanical Garden and Olympic Stadium.
In 1976, the street was to be venue for an eight-kilometre exhibit of art entitled Corridart during the 1976 Summer Olympics. However, in a controversial decision, former Mayor Jean Drapeau had the exhibition torn down two days before the Games began. Three of Montreal's four major universities are present on Sherbrooke. Downtown, the street is home to the main campus of McGill University; further west, the Loyola Campus of Concordia University. Sherbrooke is also home to UQAM's Complexe des sciences Pierre-Dansereau, and INRS's Montréal campus as well as Dawson College, Collège de Maisonneuve CEGEPs, and the Collège de Montréal. Other key attractions on the street include the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, McCord Museum, Ritz-Carlton Montreal, Holt Renfrew, Parc Lafontaine, and further east, the Château Dufresne, Olympic Stadium, Montreal Botanical Garden and the Montreal Biodome.

Foresta Lumina: From Park to Illuminated Forest [TEASER]

Wanting to showcase its charms, Parc de la Gorge de Coaticook commissioned Moment Factory to create Foresta Lumina, an illuminated night walk through the forest.
After nightfall in summer, visitors are invited to discover an enchanted trail winding 2 km through the woods. As they walk through the mysterious forest, visitors meet characters inspired by the area's myths and legends, who draw them into an immersive adventure.
The scenography, combining projections and lighting, is accompanied by an ethereal soundtrack. The result is an unparalleled sensory experience. The Moment Factory team custom-made the entire experience, including perforated metal panels resembling ancient manuscripts, lighting units designed to look like fairies, video mapping on natural elements and more. The multimedia installations are seamlessly integrated into the surroundings, creating an all-encompassing sense of magic.

Making Maple Syrup | Où se trouve: Garland Sugar Shack
How to Make Maple Syrup - Liquid Gold From Canada! Please rate and leave a comment for us. (◕‿◕✿)
We join the Garland family at the Garland Sugar Shack learning how to make maple syrup.
Be our Supporter :-)
After many years of wanting to do such a video, we finally had the opportunity to show you how one of Canada's most well-known exported products is made: Maple syrup. Canada produces around 80% of the world's maple syrup, and maple syrup is considered a luxury food item internationally. The traditional originates from the Aboriginal Peoples, who taught first settlers in Canada how to make maple syrup with tools made of birch and iron.
In this episode, we join the Garland family on their century-old farm where they gather maple sap from trees in the area and transform it into delicious liquid gold. Their farm is located in the bilingual region of Eastern Ontario, near Ottawa. They have been collecting maple sap throughout generations, first using the traditional method of spile and bucket and boiling the sap down on a box stove, and now modernizing their process to use pipelines and an industrial-grade evaporator. They currently have approximately 4,200 taps and are working their way up to a large-scale product of 10,000. The process involves collecting the sap, then boiling it down to a thick syrup, and refining it into an edible product. The most surprising part of the process was that maple sap actually carries lots of natural, gritty sands that need to be filtered out. How long does the process take? Well, we were there for about 16 hours to film, and Ivan was still working hard after we left at 1:30am on the same batch. Although the concept of the process is simple, it is hard-work requiring plenty of supervision and technical knowledge.
What does maple syrup taste like? In Europe, the type of tree syrup mainly produced is birch syrup...which allegedly tastes more like medicine. Maple syrup tastes very sweet, but has a nice smokey flavour. It's great for dressing pancakes, waffles, meats (such as bacon), and is quite versatile in baking. Did you know that, unlike other syrups and sugars (brown sugar, corn syrup), maple syrup is actually good for you? It carries minerals such as: calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, potassium, and iron among others. Other sugars offer little to none of this nutritional value.
Maple syrup is used to make soft candy, maple butter, maple jelly, maple popcorn, maple sorbet, maple cones, maple tarts, and maple cotton candy. It can be used in place of regular sugars as a sweetener in baking or drinks, and has lower glycemic load than brown sugar. It's basically a super food! One that tastes great.
