Staying in Anaconda, Montana - THE BUS STORY Episode 91
We just spent 6 weeks exploring around the small, centrally located town of Anaconda, Montana. We visited historical state parks and celebrated our children's birthdays and even managed to prepare for something big we have coming up.
While we've had such a great time, it's finally time to hit the road again.
But unfortunately, things didn't quite go as planned.

Sale Pending - Ranch in Hot Springs, Montana
The Mower Ranch is located northeast of Hot Springs, Montana at the edge of the Hot Springs Valley. This ranch offers a mixture of land types ranging from approximately 400 acres of sprinkler irrigated cropland to rolling foothills land that is used for grazing and wildlife habitat.
The water rights show the tremendous water resources found on this ranch. There is a hot spring that has been recorded at 94° that is located by the house. This hot spring is quite an asset because it could be used for heating greenhouses or livestock buildings. Historically it was used to heat the home. This spring is not too mineralized. It has been used for sprinkling the yard and has not had any reverse impact on the ground. Little Bitterroot River bisects the western portion of this ranch and is a source of irrigation water as are the multiple flowing wells.
Access throughout the ranch is good with county roads providing access to both the west and east end of this parcel. The area is known for its mild winters. Ranchers in the area have wintered their cattle without anything but a protein supplement. The valley is very mild with higher than average temperatures throughout the year. There are Whitetail and Mule deer plus pheasants, Hungarian partridge, a host of waterfowl and other non-game animals as well as black bears in the area.
This unique offering has it all – a small river, flowing springs, Mule deer habitat, sagebrush, irrigated cropland all situated in a mild climate with Flathead Lake to the east and the Flathead River and the Clark Fork Drainage to the west.
Nimrod Warmsprings Montana
This video is just a little montage that I made, and it is of the place Nimrod Warmsprings, in Montana. It is a great place to visit if your visiting Montana! Also, only go there if it is a hot and sunny day out, otherwise, its not really worth it.
Although it is called warmsprings, it is more like coldsprings! xD
LOCATION:
If you do plan on visting it, it is just west of the Bearmouth exit on I-90, look for the waterfall along the east side of the road. And for parking, you'll see a little pull-off after the guard rail past the spring.
FEATURES:
It is a really cool place with very clear water for the rockies! Also one cool attraction that many people go there for is the underwater cave. You swim under the rock face and pop up a few feet away inside the cave, there is a rope you can follow as well.
Subscribe if I earned it, and have a great day!
