False Creek South is one of Vancouver’s pioneering waterfront communities. It’s a highly livable and walkable neighbourhood with a unique mix of land uses, housing types and tenures, transportation options, urban character, and amenities. The City of Vancouver is working on a neighbourhood planning program for False Creek South that will help renew the area and guide long-term growth that meets the needs of the community, city, and region.
