We had an amazing time at one of Penang's best hidden gems, the Farlim Market.
We enjoyed sampling a fraction of the ton of different street foods available and strolling around the different stations.
This is a must do in Penang if you are looking for an authentic non-touristy experience.
Penang, Malaysia is quickly becoming one of the favourite places we have visited!

Pasar malam is malay for night markets, and night markets are a huge part of Malaysian culture. Every local neighbourhood in Malaysia will have its own small pasar malam, but in this series I will show you some of the biggest and most famous pasar malam in all of Malaysia! In Part 2, we head to the residential suburb of Bandar Baru to check out Farlim Night Market, the largest of its kind on the Penang Island.

Malaysia is a country which is popular for its street food. Night market or known as Pasar Malam to the local is a hot hangout spot for food. Different day night market aka pasar malan takes place in a different area and people gather to indulge in those delicious street food or to buy back some stuff.
Pasar Malan isn't only about food even though food is the main attraction but everyday household things can be found here. Pasar malan is also a place where kids enjoy them self, lots of toys are sold here. It's like a carnival that happens ones a week at your house area where you wait patiently for.
