Fateh Burj Mohali, Chappar Chiri
The Fateh Burj (English: The Victory Tower; Punjabi: ਫਤਿਹ ਬੁਰਜ) is the tallest minar in India situated in the historical village of Chappar Chiri in the SAS Nagar district, Punjab. The 328 ft tower is dedicated to establishment of the Sikh Misls in a large part of India in 1711. Chappar Chiri villages is, along Kharar-Banur Road, now officially named Banda Singh Bahadur Road. It is situated just outside Mohali, a few kilometres from Landran and 20 km from Sirhind. It was here that Banda Singh Bahadur, one of the most respected Sikh warriors, won a decisive battle against Wazir Khan, commander of the Mughal army. In 1710, Banda Singh Bahadur won the battle against Wazir Khan, who commanded the Mughal army at Chappar Chiri. Wazir Khan had planned to stop the march of the Sikh army led by Banda Singh Bahadur to Sirhind.

Chapparchiri has a special place in Sikh history. It was here that the Sikhs led by Baba Banda Singh Bahadur defeated the Mughal forces led by Wazir Khan. Situated a few kilometres from Landran and 20 km from Sirhind, this area was the site of Battle of Sirhind. This battle took place on 12th May, 1710.
The Height of the Fateh Burj ( Victory Tower ) is 328 feet.
The Architecture highlights how the difficult terrain of Chapparchiri aided Baba Banda Singh Bahadur and his army of irregulars defeat Wazir Khan's highly trained soldiers, cavalry, cannons and elephants.

In 1710, Banda Singh Bahadur won the battle against Wazir Khan, who commanded the Mughal army at Chappar Chiri. Wazir Khan had planned to stop the march of the Sikh army led by Banda Singh Bahadur to Sirhind.[5] He established his capital at Lohgarh (Haryana).

On the occasion of the third centenary of the historical battle of CHAPPARCHIRI , the construction of 8 columned fateh burj was started in january 2011 and was completed the record time of 11 months.
india's highest, this 328 feet high burj stands as the symbol of historical victory of khalsa to win sirhind in the battle fought great general baba banda singh bahadur. In this historical battle the Khalsa established the first Khalsa Reign by taking revenge of the martyrdom of young sahibzadas of the tenth Guru Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji and teaching a lesson to Wazir Khan the subedar of sirhind.
this burj has three stories,the first 67 feet,second 117 feet and third 220 feet high. Its top is decorated with a dome and a khanda the first storey commemorates the victory of Samana, the second storey for the victory of sadhaura and the third storey for the sirhind which was fought at chappar Chiri.
the Statue of Baba Banda Singh Bahadur ji and his five general in this Memorial Complex, who while standing on the Mounds were commanding the Khalsa Army fighting the Mughal Army of Wazir Khan, symbolises the war scene of that time. the view of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and the complex is worth seeing from these Towers.
