Truffle Hunting in ITALY!

My wife and I recently went on our Honeymoon in Italy. We traveled all over Tuscany during the first half of our trip, and this experience was definitely one of the highlights.

After driving through the fog to the top of a hill just south of San Miniato, we arrived at Fattoria Collebrunacchi, where Francesca and her dog Chocco taught us how to hunt for truffles. Afterwards, she and her mom made lunch using the freshly caught truffles and served it with wine and olive oil they produce on site. It was an incredible experience.
