Accessible Powys Falconry at Castle Caereinion
Mid Wales Falconry Centre is located in a rural setting within Powys and offers a variety of individually tailored falconry experiences; these can extend from two hours up to a whole day. Following a discussion with the centre's manager, researches chose the two hour Owl Experience as this is based in and around a courtyard and it best provided for their own easier access needs.
This activity is fully inclusive and if visitors are able to travel to the site then each person will be able to participate in some way, if they are able, then this will include touching and handling some of the birds. The experience includes an extremely informative talk on the birds and the history of falconry and how terms that date back many centuries (though their original meaning is lost to most people) are still to be found in the twenty-first century language.

For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 1 Timothy 2:5
And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Joshua 24:15 - KJV
[1228 (diábolos) is the root of the English word, Devil (see also Webster's Dictionary).
1228 (diabolos) in secular Greek means backbiter, i.e. an accuser, calumniator (slanderer). 1228 (diábolos) is literally someone who casts through, i.e. making charges that bring down (destroy). Satan is used by God in this plan – as a predictable wind-up toy, playing out his evil nature.]
