Featherstone Winery: Chariots of Lamb
In a little 'Chariots of Fire' spoof, the Featherstone Estate Vineyard and Winery worker sheep make the clichéd slo-mo race to the finish. The finish here being feed pails held by Featherstone winemaker David Johnson. The sheep are woolly vinedressers on the Vineland, Ontario wine estate. They help keep the grape canopies open to sunlight and air circulation -- two critical factors in production of the high-quality, fully ripened grapes that go towards Featherstone VQA-designated (Vintners Quality Association) wines from Ontario's Niagara Escarpment.
