Oceanário de Lisboa
Localizado no Parque das Nações, o Oceanário de Lisboa foi construído em 1998 para a Expo Mundial que ocorreu naquele ano na capital de Portugal.
O lugar conta com mais de 30 aquários, com mais de 500 espécies de vida marinha, de todas as partes do mundo, distribuídas em mais de 22 mil metros quadrados. O Oceanário de Lisboa é considerado o segundo maior oceanário do planeta.
Café a Brasileira
Ícone da Rua Garret qui que se reuniam as grandes personalidades da cultura portuguesa, como o escritor Fernando Pessoa.
A estátua do poeta que fica em frente ao café é ponto estratégico para aquela foto que você vai levar feliz da vida para casa.
Igreja e Convento do Carmo
Construído no século 14, o templo foi completamente destruído no terremoto de 1755. Sobraram apenas as ruínas do prédio. A catástrofe acabou deixando uma estética ímpar, com arcos em formas de ogivas erguidos no meio do nada.
No local você pode visitar também o Museu Arqueológico do Carmo, que traz uma maquete da igreja como ela era, uma exposição de pedras pré-históricas portuguesas, túmulos góticos e romanos e até múmias!
Praça Luís de Camões e Avenida da Liberdade
Bem no centro da praÁa h· uma estátua do poeta imortal Luís de Camões, autor dos Lusíadas. O consulado Brasileiro também fica nessa praça.
Já na Avenida da Liberdade, que liga a Praça dos Restauradores à Praça Marquês de Pombal é considerada um dos lugares mais elegantes da cidade de Lisboa, ponto de escritórios, árvores centenárias, lojas de moda de renome internacional, centro de cortejos e festividades.

Rocks and Buzz's snoopy cap in The Moon Exhibition

Rocks from the first moon landing and Buzz Aldrins trademark snoopy cap are on show in London, marking the 50th anniversary of the Apollo II mission to put a man on the moon.
They're among 180 objects from private and international collections which explore our obsession with the moon from earlier civilisations.
STORY-LINE:
The mission to land men on the moon captivated the world.
People in every country were glued to the pictures of Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong bouncing on the lunar landscape.
There are even little pieces of the near side of the moon at this exhibition at the Royal Museums in Greenwich, London.
These four chips of moon were presented to the British Prime Minister by Richard Nixon, they're from the Apollo II mission which brought back 22 kilos of samples.
This plaque normally stays in the British Prime Minister's residence in Downing Street.
This much larger piece of lunar rock is a meteorite discovered in the Sahara Desert.
Scientists are still studying these rocks to learn more about ourselves as well as the moon.
Dr. Emily Drabek-Maunder, astronomer for the Royal Museums at Greenwich says What we do is we can take slices of those lunar rocks and look at them under a microscope and by looking at them under a microscope, different minerals react under different types of lights and so we can then tell what the moon is made up of using this.
A photo taken from an electron microscope shows the different materials found in the moon rock from Apollo 12.
Colours have been artificially added to it by scientists to identify them.
The pink shards are iron titanium oxide, the blue is silica, the light grey is feldspar and the maroon areas are pyroxene. The green areas are magnesium.
We wouldn't necessarily have life here on the Earth had it not been for the moon so the moon was formed nearly around the same time as the Earth was nearly four and a half billion years ago. And we think that the way the moon was formed was when an object about the size of Mars smashed into the earth. The very early Earth, I should say, and that's when lots of debris (went) out into space. This debris collected together and eventually just through gravity it forms the moon. And so over time we of course know now that the moon impacts our tides. So it creates high and low tides every single day. And our tides affect life here on the Earth, says Drabek-Maunder.
One of the reasons the Apollo II mission captured the imaginations of everyone here on Earth is because of the extraordinary photos the astronauts took out in space.
They were equipped with two specially commissioned Hasselblad cameras.
One of them is right here, the other Aldrin and Armstrong had to leave on the moon to ensure they didn't have a heavy payload.
What Aldrin and Armstrong did bring back though, was the film magazine which held images which would become iconic.
Dr. Melanie Vandenbrouck is curator of this collection on show at the National Maritime Museum and she has looked through the images and the camera which came back from space.
One of the most famous photos is this one. Take a look at Buzz Aldrin's gold plated visor and you can see the reflection of Neil Armstrong taking the photo.
It's another more personal item though which has pleased Vandenbrouck.
The cap, or communications carrier was crucial - it was how Aldrin spoke to ground control and team member Michael Collins in the orbiting craft.

1 - Mineirão
O Estádio Governador Magalhães Pinto, mais conhecido como Mineirão, começou a ser construído em 1960 em terreno cedido pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, na Região da Pampulha em Belo Horizonte. Foi inaugurado em 1965 com um jogo entre a Seleção Mineira e o River Plate da Argentina.
2 - Capela de São Francisco de Assis
A Capela de São Francisco de Assis, localizada na beira do lago na Pampulha, foi projetada por Oscar Niemeyer, decorada com pinturas de Cândido Portinari e recebeu jardins do paisagista Roberto Burle Marx.
3 - Parque Municipal das Mangabeiras
O Parque das Mangabeiras, localizado na Serra do Curral, é a maior área verde da capital mineira e um dos maiores parques urbanos da América Latina. A paisagem verde foi projetada por Burle Marx e está localizada a mais de mil metros de altura, em um dos pontos mais altos de Belo Horizonte.
4 - Parque Municipal Américo Renê Giannetti
Inaugurado no dia 26 de setembro de 1897, antes mesmo da nova capital mineira, o Parque Municipal Américo Renê Giannetti é o patrimônio ambiental mais antigo de Belo Horizonte. O Parque Municipal possui diversas nascentes que abastecem três lagoas e cerca de 280 espécies de árvores exóticas e nativas e é também refúgio para a fauna silvestre. Como opções de lazer, o parque oferece brinquedos, equipamentos de ginástica, pista de caminhada, quadra poliesportiva, pista para skate e quadra de tênis.
5 - Feira da Afonso Pena
Reunindo aproximadamente 50 mil visitantes por semana, a Feira da Afonso Pena conta com mais de 2.500 expositores que expõem e vendem trabalhos artesanais. Os produtos chegam de diversas regiões do estado: das peças artesanais do Vale do Jequitinhonha até as roupas de frio do Sul de Minas. O turista tem na feira um autêntico encontro com o artesanato e a culinária típica.
6 - Praça da Liberdade
O complexo paisagístico e arquitetônico da Praça da Liberdade é uma síntese dos estilos que marcam a história de Belo Horizonte, e fica na região da Savassi. A praça da Liberdade conta ainda com coreto e fonte luminosa. O traçado e os jardins, inspirados no Palácio de Versalhes, são um convite aos passeios e caminhadas.
7 - Mercado Central
O Mercado Central foi criado em 7 de setembro de 1929. Ao longo dos anos, foi ampliando suas atividades e hoje além de produtos alimentícios encontra-se lá desde artesanato a animais de estimação, de artigos religiosos a relojoaria, dentre várias outras especialidades em suas 400 lojas. Fica localizado no centro de Belo Horizonte e é uma grande atração turística em Belo Horizonte.
8 - Museu de Arte da Pampulha
Projetado para ser um cassino no início da década de 1940, durante a administração do prefeito Juscelino Kubitschek, o prédio que abriga hoje o Museu de Arte da Pampulha (MAP) foi o primeiro projeto de Oscar Niemeyer para o Conjunto Arquitetônico da Pampulha. Os jardins que circundam o prédio foram criados pelo paisagista Roberto Burle Marx. Em 1957 foi criado o Museu de Arte. Datam dessa época as primeiras doações de obras que hoje compõem o acervo do Museu. O acervo com cerca de 1.500 obras é mostrado ao público periodicamente, em exposições produzidas para espaços culturais da Capital e de outras cidades mineiras.
9 - Fundação Zoo-Botânica de Belo Horizonte
Uma das principais áreas de lazer e turismo da capital mineira, o Jardim Zoológico da Fundação Zoo-Botânica de Belo Horizonte, completou 58 anos no dia 25 de janeiro. Com uma história que se integra à da Região da Pampulha e de seu complexo arquitetônico, o Zoo é especialmente procurado por abrigar um acervo de animais da fauna silvestre nativa e exótica dos cinco continentes, além de contar com uma exuberante área verde em seu entorno. Ao todo, vivem no local cerca de 3 mil animais de cerca de 250 espécies.
10 - Praça Rui Barbosa
Sua construção teve início em 1904 e, desta época, destacam-se até hoje nos jardins os dois leões em mármore, encomendados ao artista belga Folini. Com o rápido crescimento da cidade, foi necessária a construção de uma nova estação ferroviária, inaugurada em 1922, em estilo neoclássico. No largo, encontra-se também o Monumento à Terra Mineira, estátua de bronze que homenageia os heróis da inconfidência.
