I loved the cabins at Elk Meadows in the Redwood National Park.
My family and I has such a wonderful time biking in the Redwood National Park. Our stay at the cabins was just as fun. It's really a family trip that we all enjoyed.
The Tides Inn of the Lost Coast
The Lost Coast of Northern California stretches eighty miles between Leggett and Ferndale and is recognizably the most remote piece of coastline in the entire 48 lower states. While exploring this incredibly versatile and beautiful place, let The Tides Inn in Shelter Cove be your home away from home. The rooms are spotless and modern; the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. But perhaps the biggest draw of The Tides Inn is the location practically upon the crashing waves of the Pacific Ocean. You can stand against the ocean's door at high tide and let the salt water mist fall on your face. At low tide, you can walk along the craggy rocks and among the seaweed to search for sea urchins or starfish ~ left behind and waiting to be rescued by the returning tide. Shelter Cove is the perfect jumping-off place for day trips to the small coastal towns and the ancient redwood forests. Whether your hobby is hiking, surfing, bicycling, photography, or anything in between, this part of the world has something for you and The Tides Inn of Shelter Cove has your room.
