Crimson Lake Provincial Park Camping | Journey Alberta
In this week's video I journey out to Crimson Lake Provincial Park, near Rocky Mountain House, to camp for a night with my girlfriend! It's my third camping trip in the last 3 weeks also! While there, we go and explore Twin Lakes, only a 5 minute drive away. Still in the provincial park, Twin Lakes was quite the sight, and I enjoyed walking on the boardwalks and docks. On our second day we venture down to the shores of Crimson Lake for a day at the beach!

Alberta Highway 532
A view along Alberta highway 532, from highway 22 to the forestry trunk road.
It's been some years since my last video, I hope everyone enjoys!
This is a view along highway 532 westbound, from highway 22 just north of Chain Lakes Provincial Park, over the hump at Hailstone Butte, down to the Forestry Trunk Road, AKA highway 40.
This road passes the Indian Graves Provincial Recreation Area.
It was a pretty bumpy trip, but admittedly not as bad as Gray Creek Pass (on the east shore of Kootenay Lake) or Powderface Trail (north of Elbow River), both of which I'll be posting similar videos later.
Like my previous Celestine Lake road video, I've removed the audio because of the noise from a rattling camera mount, the music from the ipod connected to my stereo, and because I tend to swear when I hit an unexpected pothole or rock sticking out of the gravel.
Driven in my 2007 Suzuki Grand Vitara; video taken by a Gopro Hero 2; edited using the OpenShot video editor.
