Kayak Fishing - COD, MACKEREL, SQUID, HERRING, WHITING, BULL HUSS - Multi Species Fishing
Multi species fishing on this trip during the Christmas holiday period using both bait and lures. I have a great day catching six different species of fish Cod, Mackerel, Squid, Herring, Whiting, and Bull Huss. The Squid fishing was particularly good and a great way to spend the Christmas holiday out fishing and catching some fantastic fresh fish for the dinner table along with some catch and release. The video has a mix of live commentary and narration with some interaction with other anglers.

A Night in Whitby and an ABANDONED FISHING PORT UK
We spend a night in Whitby watching the sunrise and then explore an abandoned fishing port, a stones through away in Port Mulgrave. Once used to transport iron ore and later used as a fishing port, Port Mulgrave is now abandoned although a few hardy people have recently established a few new cabins to carry on the fishing legacy. the harbour itself has almost been fully destroyed by the great north sea.

Whitby, North Yorkshire UK - A Place to See
Whitby lies in the county of North Yorkshire (UK) at the mouth of the River Esk.
Whitby was historically a Fishing village. Herring and whales being the main source of income and dates back to the Middle Ages.
The location itself is home to the ruins of the Famous Whitby Abbey. Records of the monastery and later Whitby Abbey date back to as early as 664 AD. There's a self guided tour of the Abbey (about six pounds from memory).
It is certainly worth a visit. You can feel the history in every stone and every step.
The location itself is awe inspiring, the tall cliffs and the North Sea crashing below. I fully understand how Bram Stoker was motivated to write Dracula (apart from wanting to eat).
