A bit different than the normal van life crap i keep banging on about lol. hope you slags enjoy my surfing skils, yeah i know good enough to be pro! you too kind.
We parked and slept in the car park on Fistral Beach. Its £8.50 to park for the whole day and the evenings are free, however it does say no sleeping in your vehicles but when we slept there nobody noticed or said anything and we were clearly in a camper. We also spotted another 3-4 vans parked up for the weekend in the car park without issue. This was in peak summer season so i guess its not an issue to park there. In total we paid £25.50 for the weekend. They have showers, toilets, shops, bars & restaurants all on the beach so you really dont need to leave the beach all weekend :)

Newquay, Cornwall - Fistral Beach and 'The Witches' Hotel!
Newquay is a beautiful town in Cornwall. Situated on the north coast it is famous for its surfing due to the large waves which roll in from the Atlantic. In particular the beaches of Fistral and Watergate Bay are extremely popular.
We were literally 'passing through' but had to quickly check out the beautiful beaches and the Headland Hotel which is situated on the clifftop overlooking Fistral Beach. This hotel featured in the 1990 film 'The Witches' by Roald Dahl starring Angelica Houston and Rowan Atkinson
