Located above the Seaside Kids store via a gated private entrance, this flat begins with fabulous outdoor spaces decorated with teak furnishings including an outdoor dining table that seats eight, two Adirondacks and two cocktail height chairs with tall table. Enjoy a play or concert on the Amphitheater lawn or simply revel in the soft Gulf breezes and lovely water and sunset views.
Once inside, you enjoy the soaring ceilings and open living space of this brand new build out. All rooms are graced by lovely hardwood floors. The living area has two sofas (one with a queen sleeper bed), two plush side chairs, two huge lamps, coffee table and credenza with HD Cable service, LED TV, Blu-ray DVD, wireless internet and free long distance. The dining table seats eight with 2 captain’s chairs pulled up to ends of table. The kitchen has a large island with four barstools, sink and dishwasher. The counters are smooth white solid surface; the appliances are Whirlpool with a glass top range and French door style frig with icemaker and microwave. There is also a huge pantry for grocery storage.
The first bedroom is a King guest bedroom with two bedside tables, two lamps, large closet, dresser, LED TV, Blu-ray DVD and HD Cable Service. The next bedroom is the open bunk bedroom (this bedroom has no door and is in the hallway that leads to the master bedroom).
There are six built-in twin bunk beds with built-in storage closets and drawers for clothing storage. This area also has its own dresser, LED TV, Blu-ray DVD and HD Cable Service. There are also a couple of stools for seating. The hall bath serves both the first king guest bedroom and the bunk room. Tiled in white marble, it has a tub/shower, vanity sink as well as the washer dryer. The laundry closet (within the bathroom) offers super capacity units and a large counter for folding and further storage of personal items.
The large master bedroom has a king bed with wall-mounted bedside lamps, desk with chair, phone and lamp for those who must stay in touch, built-in dresser, extra large closet that could even fit a crib for the baby, full-length mirror, two side chairs with little tables and lamps for reading / relaxing, two additional stools, LED TV, Blu-ray DVD and HD Cable Service. The large marble tiled master bath has even more built-in drawers, walk-in shower and double vanity sink
Center Stage offers the vibrancy of being in the center of Seaside with close proximity to all of the famous shops, restaurant and Amphitheater.
