Fjærland, Norway's Book Town
Fjærland is a tiny village squeezed in between the glacier and the Sognefjord. Fjærland is Norway's book town and stocks about 2.5 miles of shelves filled with books in a variety of abandoned buildings -- from ferry waiting rooms, stables and local banks to a post office and grocery shop.
