Mickey Martins Pub, Limerick, Ireland
Mickeys might be one of the coolest pubs in Limerick, Ireland. Located in a small alley in center of town it’s perfectly located for a break during shopping or sightseeing. The kind staff will pour you a Guinness or perhaps a local craft beer and also offer food. On cold days they lit up the fireplace to get everyone warm.

The Locke Bar | Gastro Pub & Traditional Irish Music Bar, Limerick ???????? (Short Version)【4K】

This traditional Irish pub is situated close to the city's most historical landmarks – St. Mary’s Cathedral, King John’s Castle & The Hunt Museum.
This award winning pub lies on a tree lined quay overlooking the Abbey River. Old wood panelling & open fires make it the perfect place to snuggle down in the winter and in summer you can sit outside in the beautiful riverside setting.

The #JoeyHannan Memorial Triathlons have proven to be extremely popular fixture on the Irish Triathlon Calendar, returning in 2019 for their 27th year. Each year #Limerick plays host to hundreds of #Triathletes who travel from far and wide to take place in this prestigious event.
Joey Hannan, as many will know, was a prominent local athlete, triathlete and 'Ironman', from Croom. He was killed by a drunk driver while cycling home from work in Dell on St Patrick's Day 1992. In his memory #LimerickTriathlonClub have held an event every year since then.
It takes place at the University Arena on Sunday 12th May 2019.
#Limerick Triathlon Club is one of the longest established Triathlon Clubs in Ireland. The Club was founded in 1984 and held its first race in 1985. One of Limericks finest athletes, Joey Hannan was tragically killed while cycling in 1992 and since 1993 Limerick Triathlon Club have hosted the Joey Hannan Memorial Triathlon. The event was first run from St Enda’s Sports Complex.
Coinciding with the increased interest in Triathlon and increased numbers we have moved the event from St Enda’s to the University of Limerick National 50m pool and Sports Arena, a wonderful venue, home of the Swim Ireland High Performance Centre, Munster Rugby, Ger Hartmann Sports Injury Clinic and the Joey Hannan Triathlon.
The race is supported each year by many of Joey’s family and this year’s event will be another great celebration of his life. We hope Joey will look down from the skies above and keep a keen and watchful eye on all the competitors as they race on Sunday May 12th. We look forward to a wonderful day and to the support of all the athletes, friends and families.
