ANZAC DAY. Flinders Island 2012

This is a selection of still images taken at the Anzac Day celebrations on Flinders Island Tasmania.

The day started as a dawn service held at Emita. A breakfast provided by the Lions club was then went to

At around eleven in the morning the march through Whitemark was held. Then there was further celebrations held in the Arts hall.

In my four months on the island I had a marvellous time and this was part of it.

I haven't put the photos in any order and I like it like that. Each photo is to be enjoyed for itself though the whole body gives a feeling for what Anzac day was like.
