Flip Out Trampoline Park: Family Visit!
We visited Flip Out Trampoline Park as a family recently as they have opened a new one near to where we live. All the trampoline jumping up and down made us really tired but it was a lot of fun and the children really enjoyed themselves. It's great that people of all ages can enjoy trampolining at Flip Out!
If you haven't been to one before this video will help you to see what it is like to visit a trampoline park. Roadhawk: Road rage! Angry BMW driver!
Captured on Roadhawk DC-1... OK so the driver of the white Honda does a naughty by shifting over a lane (my path was the correct one, keeping right) - but even so, the driver of the BMW who undertakes me over-reacts beautifully. See the 'tailgate waggle' to let the Honda driver know how ANGRY he is! Ooooh!

Future weightlifters face off in Oldbury ahead of Commonwealth Games
As the clock ticks down on the start of the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, judges mulled over future British weightlifting stars at a national competition held in the Black Country.
ome of the country's best junior weightlifters faced off in the British Age Group Olympic Weightlifting Championships held at the Oldbury Academy.
The school has its own wrestling team and its coach Sam Hayer,a former Commomwealth Games athlete, was able to pull some strings and bring the competition to the Black Country.
Athletes travelled from across the British isles to take part today.

drunk female care worker drove the wrong way down the M5 motorway for FOUR MILES
This is the horrifying moment a lorry driver is forced to swerve out of the way as a drunk female care assistant drives the wrong way up the M5.
Katy Homer, 26, joined the southbound carriageway at junction two for Oldbury and drove her Vauxhall Astra north along the hard shoulder for four miles before exiting at West Bromwich.
Footage of the incident shows oncoming drivers flashing their headlights and moving out of the way.
