On this day, 25 AUG 2013, the wind was reversed, blowing strong from the North, toward the Black Sea. So we launched into it and soared the back of Koktebel Ridge!

It's an awesome flying spot, the birthplace of Soviet Aviation, with dynamic lift blowing in from the Black Sea, plus thermals blasting up from the heated vineyards in the valley far below!
