Parasailing in the beautiful Nassau, Bahamas (HD)

We took a cruise down the to Bahamas this past February and decided to try out Parasailing. The cruise was from Carnival and took us to two places in the Bahamas.

Parasailing is a must try, it looks more scary then it actually is. The experience is very calming and enjoyable. As per our guide, we went up to 400 feet in the air. We got to see breath taking views, many that were captured in the video. While flying over shallow water we even saw sting rays swimming across.

You can privately book the excursion or even do it form your cruise ship. They pick you up from right across Senor Frogs, which is a 5 minute walk form the port. The whole activity takes around 60-90 minutes. We were in the air for about 15 minutes, its an amazing experience.

While in Nassau, Bahamas, there are a lot of cool places to check out when off the cruise ship. Some of these activities include:
- Para sailing, must do, check out our awesome video
- Shopping, there are a lot of shopping places to visit here. There are a lot of tourist shops selling t-shirts, shot glasses, etc. There is also a huge straw market, which sells everything made out of straw. The main street of Nassau has all Diamond shops, you can get pretty good deals compared to back home in the US.
- Nassau City Tours, there are taxi's available right outside the port. You can visit all the places Nassau has to offer, if you have time then it is a must check out.
- Atlantis Resort, is a pretty cool place to spend the whole day. They have an amazing water park and activities with String Rays and Dolphins. Even if you don't do the activities here, you can still visit the resort and look around the giant aquarium.

I had about an hour plus off footage from our parasaling trip, which I edited it down to only 7 minutes. Enjoy!

if you are just going to taino beach dont buy it on you cruise ship they want $30 each person round trip take a taxi you will sell them right when you get for your ship but make sure they say they are going to taino beach it is only $14 each person round trip and if you want you can pay more for water sports this video will tell you the prices it is really cheap
